Da Nang Morning Half-Day Tour: Lady Buddha, Son Tra Peninsula & Marble Mountains with Lunch

Excellent tour and one of the highlights of my trip to Da Nang! Tu was a friendly, funny, and knowledgeable guide who made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated how he helped take photos, and assisted with translations. The itinerary was well organized, the transportation was comfortable, and the timing at each stop was perfect. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Da Nang.

Touring around Lady Buddha & Son Tra Peninsula was very hot but our guide gave enough reminders to prepare us. We were lucky to have Tu as our guide again. He was very professional, mindful, & knowledgeable so our tour was very organized. Thank you operators for giving us a memorable tour!

As Indian Hindu non-vegetarians, we don't eat beef and pork are a strict no. Tu helped us with suitable food options without any hassle. Our tour guide, Ben, was excellent. He showed us all the places in the temple, helped us take photos, and was very kind regarding our well-being throughout the journey. The tour involved 200 steps, and he took care of the whole team very well. He was very accommodating with lunch because I had some food preferences, and he ensured I had a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this tour

A great and fun tour to marble mountain and lady Buddha. Our tour guide, Mr. Tu had lots of story and knowledge about the places we visited. So I really learned a lot about the buddies culture in Vietnam. He was very patient, even when my friend haven’t return to the meeting spot on time, he went to find them. Schedule was also flexible, we get to have lunch before climbing the marble mountain since most of us are hungry.

This was a great morning out for a tour of the Son Tra peninsular. Our guide Mr Tu was awesome and would highly recommend you ask for him. The van transfer was comfortable, well air conditioned and the driver was safe. Mr Tu spoke clearly, is very knowledgeable and set a great pace for the group. He also prioritized the group’s safety and interests. This is a reasonably strenuous walking tour as there are 300 steps up and the same back down when exploring marble mountain. There is an option to take the elevator up/down the first 100 steps but the queue for this can be fairly long. The visit to the Linh Ung pagoda on monkey mountain however is a more pleasant walk. Dress comfortably with sturdy shoes and prepare for the weather before going. The tour rounds off with a lunch stop at a local restaurant where we were served Bun Cha, fried chicken rice and herbal tea. All in all would recommend it especially if you are up for some physical activity.

Although we thought we’d get to see a lot of monkeys at Monkey Mountain, unfortunately, there weren’t any around 🐒🥲. It was also really helpful learning some Vietnamese words from you for daily life during our stay here 😊🗣️. The day ended with some really yummy food that you took us for lunch 😋🍽️. It was really fun meeting you 😊✨. Overall, it was a wonderful journey and a memorable experience 💖

Tu was an absolutely incredible tour guide and truly made our experience unforgettable. From the moment he picked us up from our hotel, he made sure everyone felt comfortable, safe, and well looked after. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared so much interesting history about the Lady Buddha, Son Tra Peninsula, and Marble Mountain, which made each stop even more meaningful. On top of that, he went above and beyond by taking us for coffee and letting us experience an insightful tour into the history of agar wood, pearls, and jade stones — something we didn’t expect but really appreciated. As a bonus, Tu is also a fantastic photographer — he captured some amazing photos for us that we’ll cherish forever! He has such a great sense of humour and made the whole day fun and memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Highly, highly recommend!

We had the BEST Tour Guide, Ben. He is very thoughtful that he also gave us several recommendations where locals eat and shop. He's also a professional photographer😁Would definitely book a tour again with him as our tour guide when I come back to Vietnam next time.
