Excellent arrangement. The tour guide, Mr Kang showed patience and took care of us in a very manner way. The time arrangement was perfect and well enough for us to spend time in each spot. We very much recommend the visit to Ba Na hill. The scenery was fantastic, it was a very enjoyable experience to ride to the top with the cable car!

Tuyen our guide is an absolute Superstar. she had the challenge of providing information in English and Vietnamese as our group had a 50/50 split. She gave lots of good info and made sure no one in the group got left behind. The value for the price we paid was quite reasonable considering it was transportation both ways and a very nice 7-8 course authentic Vietnamese family style lunch. note about the Paradise Cave tour: it’s A LOT of stairs to get up to the cave entrance. then once in the cave it’s a lot of steps down then back up. the large boats for Phong Nha c Cave were covered so no real need for hats or sunscreen thankfully. THANK YOU TUYEN for such a great tour!!!

WE HAD SUPER FUN!!! all our riders Sally, Mun, Katie, and Nam are very friendly. We shared not only food but a lot of stories as well. it was a very fun and authentic experience thank you all the food are great esp coconut jelly and flan 🥰🥰🥰🥰

I booked a join-in tour and it ended as a private tour for two. While the places visited is only around the hotel where we stayed at, it is still a lot better with a guide and having booked the tour in klook. The guide, Ms Thao is excellent in her profession as a guide.

We love how our guide emily had a lot of trivias and information on all the tourists spots in da nang. she was with us all throughout our trip and was very helpful. We also appreciated how concerned and caring she was specially when it started to rain. We would love to book another tour with her💯

Located on the 36th floor, the top floor of the Novotel in Da Nang, this is an open-air club. The overall space is moderately sized, not particularly large. The atmosphere is excellent. The cocktail included in the package isn't really enough, so if you want to fully enjoy the ambiance, you'll definitely need to order additional drinks or beer at your own expense. Both tourists and Vietnamese locals come here, and it's clear everyone enjoys the atmosphere. If you're a very introverted person, you might feel out of place and probably leave after finishing your drink. You can go to the edge of the building to take photos of the Han River night view across the way, which is incredibly beautiful and charming. A special note: the entire club area allows smoking, so if you are sensitive to smoke, you really won't be able to stay for too long.

Everything was great!! We booked a 90-mins full body massage, and we was impressed by the moment we arrived at the spa. The building is well-designed and beautifully decorated inside and out, giving the nature and calming vibe. The staff was very polite and friendly, clearly guiding us through the process. The place is nice and clean too. Tranh BK was my therapist and she was very good! I’m from Thailand and I have chronic back & shoulders pain, so my expectations for massage is very high, but Tranh could meet my expectations. After the massage, I feel relief, relaxed, and satisfied. They also have complimentary drinks & snacks both before and after the massage, and they’re very well presented. 👏🏻👏🏻❤️I had such a great experience with the herbal shampoo treatment at Maha Spa. My therapist was really good and knew exactly how to adjust the pressure during the head massage. She was very gentle, professional, and attentive to every detail. You could really tell that she had good technique and experience. The whole treatment was incredibly relaxing, and I actually fell asleep for a while! I would definitely come back and ask for the same therapist next time!!!!

We arrived a little before 2 PM, and when I told the staff about our reservation, we were immediately shown to our seats, making us the first to be seated. Although the selection of dishes and desserts is limited, being able to relax and enjoy afternoon tea in the hotel lobby for under 1000 yen is a great deal.
