Things to do in Dakeng Scenic Area

This hot stone spa is conveniently located in the B2 level of the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Department Store, right behind Taichung Station! The staff were very patient and helpful, and the environment was new and clean. Everything from the restrooms to the hair-drying area and the hot stone spa rooms themselves were spotless, though there was a bit of dust in some of the single-person lying areas, specifically in the corners near the walls.

Klook offers great prices. You can upgrade to a themed room for an additional 300, or to a deluxe room for an additional 900. Nikko Hot Springs is very close to the city and the interchange, so you can go and relax there.

Rosa Vietnamese Hair Wash offers a luxurious, all-in-one experience, from hair washing and massage to ear cleaning and facials. The technicians' meticulous techniques provide complete stress relief, and the environment is exotic and comfortable. Although the price is a bit high, the ultimate sense of ritual delivered by the entire process is definitely worth it for a self-indulgent treat! I highly recommend package B; it's very comfortable.

Review It was a very pleasant experience overall! I really enjoyed my time there and felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole session. The masseuse was very kind, friendly, and professional, which made the experience even better. He was attentive and made sure I was comfortable during the massage. The atmosphere was also nice and peaceful, making it easy to relax and enjoy the treatment. I really appreciated the good service and positive attitude. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider coming back again in the future. I would also recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant massage experience.

My girlfriend said this time that the massage therapist's technique and service weren't very good, and it was different from the other place we went to last time. Plus, the massage only focused on her head, and didn't include her shoulders or neck at all. She was a bit disappointed!

This was my first time bringing my mom for a 60-minute foot massage. My mom found it both painful and comfortable, and so did I (laughs). I highly recommend therapists #3 and #35; their technique is incredibly professional, and their pressure is just right. They frequently checked in on how we were feeling during the massage. After the session, they even served red bean soup and herbal tea, which was very thoughtful! Therapists: #3 & #35 Service: Foot Massage Ambiance: Excellent Facilities: Beauty recliner beds Environment: Clean and tidy

I made a mosaic lamp globe and it took me about 3.5 hours -- but that's because I went full fancy with my color choices. If you keep it simple, you can absolutely finish faster. Either way, this is one of the best activity bookings I've made. as a solo traveler I had the entire time slot to myself, which meant zero rushing and unlimited Turkish tea. The instructor was attentive without being overbearing, and the whole experience was genuinely relaxing and fun. I was so into it that I seriously considered doing a second one. I'm a full-time traveler and didn't plan to keep anything bulky -- then I saw how mine turned out and immediately started figuring out how to pack it. That should tell you everything. Highly recommend, rain day or shine.

It was a nice break from the back to back travel we did here in Taichung (alishan/sun moon lake) and also from the heat during summer months. Price doesn’t differ that much when you buy it directly.

5/5 stars! Our driver was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire trip. The service was top-notch, punctual, and made our journey completely stress-free and comfortable. Highly recommended!
