Transport in Da Nang

Good experience though I wished they used a bigger bus just for more space but can’t complain for the price. Driver was very friendly and approachable. The person who communicated over WhatsApp is more curt.

Extremely convenient. Driver arrived on time and waited for us because we were a few minutes late. But one thing we did not like is that they changed the driver that picked us up back to the hotel without informing. So we were a bit sceptical if we should follow the person back but they clarified once we whatsapped them. Another thing a bit worrying is that the driver uses their phone will driving. However we still continued to book with them again due to convenience.

Our driver played great music which made our trip to Ba Na Hills worthwhile. He was also kind and accommodating to all our requests. We even changed our drop-off point a few hours before pick-up and he instantly agreed. Booking a private car to Ba Na Hills is cheaper and way more convenient than other options

The most luxury sleeper bus I'd ever had. Extremely clean & comfort, spacious cabin with free wifi, USB charging, TV, blanket, pillow, a bottle of water & wet tissue. Also well organized bus company with experience drivers and staffs. We travelled at 18.30 from Hanoi and arrived Danang the next day before 09.00 with only 1 stop. Upper cabin is little shaky but I can sleep well and enjoyed the view of sunrise. Highly recommended👍👍

I was so glad I booked this with Klook because it was easy to travel back and forth from the three different areas we explored in Da Nang. The tour guide was informative and helpful. Thank you, Andy. We had different drivers per way, but both were excellent navigators. Both arrived on time. Drop ofr/pick up location in Hoi An was near the old town. We booked just the night before, but we had no problems ensuring a driver would be assigned to us. This is a perfect way to explore Hoi An on your own. For our ride back to Danang, our group finished early, and we were able to text the driver to come pick us up earlier than the planned time. All in all, this was an excellent choice.

such a great experience. You have to come on time ao the train wont leave you behind. They are just going to check your qr code then everything is set. Btw,we had a stop over for about 10 mins i guess

driver was punctual, clean and safe ride. perfect for solo traveler like me. we had lot time to explore the destinations. also they keep on communicating via WhatsApp for the reminder about pick up time, thank you!

No Hassle. Most comfortable way to travel to Hue. This time the driver whatsapped us in advance and picked all of us at the hotel. We were off from Da Nang by 09:55.
