Our driver played great music which made our trip to Ba Na Hills worthwhile. He was also kind and accommodating to all our requests. We even changed our drop-off point a few hours before pick-up and he instantly agreed. Booking a private car to Ba Na Hills is cheaper and way more convenient than other options

We bought tickets for Ba Na Hills and used them for two days. The first day, we went by car (taxi 750 for 5 people) round trip. The second time, we decided to visit by bus, choosing the first stop from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The driver was great; he called those who were late, so he won't leave without you. The bus has air conditioning. I recommend it.

I was so glad I booked this with Klook because it was easy to travel back and forth from the three different areas we explored in Da Nang. The tour guide was informative and helpful. Thank you, Andy. The train journey was very enjoyable. However, I was anxious until the last minute because the return voucher hadn't arrived even the day before, and I worried I might be able to go to Hue but not return. The 'booking confirmation in progress' message continued for over half a month, and it was only after I inquired by email the day before that the voucher finally arrived. I've been feeling distrustful of Klook recently. Even when I bought a fast-track immigration ticket, no staff member came to meet me. I've purchased various activity tickets this year, but each time it's been a source of worry and anxiety. I'm reconsidering using Klook next year. It's disappointing.

For people looking to move from DaNang/Hoi An to Hue, a private transfer is a really apt option as most if the route is through the absolutely stunning Hai Van pass. The drivers are courteous enough to make a short stop at the High Van pass view points which really offer a dash of history coupled with a scenic landscape.

Every driver was cool and unique, and worked very hard. Although there wasn't much interaction or assistance during the trip, they responsibly and safely delivered passengers to their destinations. Thank you for your hard work! 🥰🥰

The transfer was very smooth, and we were even given water, which made it very comfortable. The My Son Sanctuary is set in nature and was quite interesting. The signs at My Son Sanctuary aren't very detailed, so I think it would be great if visitors could download an audio guide and listen to it via an app. There's no Wi-Fi on-site, and the download file is large, so it's a good idea to prepare by downloading it at your hotel beforehand. You should be able to find the download by searching for something like "My Son Sanctuary audio."
