so comfortable just slept the night. so clean and comfortable the toilet is clean and does not smell. hot even picked from my hotel. given the weather it still comfortable few stops to eat.

I booked a sleeper bus from Hanoi to Da Nang through Klook for our group of friends, operated by HK Buslines, and overall it was a convenient and enjoyable experience. One of the best parts was the hotel pick-up and drop-off service. Traveling as a group, this made everything much easier since we didn’t have to arrange separate transportation or find the bus station ourselves. The pick-up was on time, and everything felt well-coordinated. The sleeper bus was comfortable enough for a long journey. The beds were clean and decent in size, although some of us who are taller found them a bit tight. Still, it was a fun and unique experience for our group, and the air conditioning and blankets helped make the ride more comfortable. The bus had an onboard restroom. Overall, we’d recommend booking this through Klook, especially for groups of friends looking for a budget-friendly and convenient way to travel between Hanoi and Da Nang, with the added benefit of hotel pick-up and drop-off.

The bus was very clean and comfortable for sleeping. The bed was large and cozy, allowing us to sleep all the way to our destination, which saved us a day's accommodation cost. It was a great experience that I really enjoyed, and it felt very safe, so there was no need to worry. My boyfriend and I both loved it. Thumbs up!

Best way to travel from Hanoi to Danang!! the bus was super duper clean!! They picked us up from our stay in Hanoi and dropped us off at our stay in Da Nang! full value for money! bonus: we reached our destination 2 hours earlier than what was promised!

Good experience to travel from Hanoi to Da Nang. Clean pillows (2 of them) and blanket. Comfortable cushion for the bed. Can be a bit cleaner as there are some bits of sand(?) in between the cushion folds but generally clean with the wet towel provided. Instructions can be confusing as the driver knows little English (understandable) especially during break stops. Having printed cue cards (with vietnamese for driver reading) will be helpful like "toilet break" or "rest stop" and "30 mins" or "hue/da nang/hoi an" and "alight". we all have the tendency to poke our heads to see what's happening so might as well put the instructions right at the front.

The bus was super comfortable and despite of leaving late from Danang, we reached before time in Hanoi. The buses were very clean.

I enjoyed the bus ride. the bus cabins were clean, a small soft blanket a pillow were provided in each cabin. the cabins have window blinds and curtains for your privacy. The driver stopped at least 4 times dyring the journey for passengers to have a toilet break and snack break. They also provide a shuttle for a hitel pick up and drop off. We arrived in our destination on schedule.

Very cozy mode of trasnportation. It has everything that you need such as reclining seats which can do massage, TV, headphones, free water, and a clean comfort room.

The seats are comfortable, the air conditioning is well-regulated, and the blanket and pillows are good. The restroom is clean, but it sways a lot when you enter it. They contacted me in advance, met me, and helped me with my luggage. A sheet was missing; it would have been ideal to have one so that my body wouldn't stick to the seat. The driver drove carefully, but sometimes it swayed a lot, making it difficult to sleep. We arrived quickly.
