Transport in Da Nang

Good experience though I wished they used a bigger bus just for more space but can’t complain for the price. Driver was very friendly and approachable. The person who communicated over WhatsApp is more curt.

Extremely convenient. Driver arrived on time and waited for us because we were a few minutes late. But one thing we did not like is that they changed the driver that picked us up back to the hotel without informing. So we were a bit sceptical if we should follow the person back but they clarified once we whatsapped them. Another thing a bit worrying is that the driver uses their phone will driving. However we still continued to book with them again due to convenience.

I was so glad I booked this with Klook because it was easy to travel back and forth from the three different areas we explored in Da Nang. The tour guide was informative and helpful. Thank you, Andy. He was really helpful in taking our pictures and ensuring we didn't miss any photo opportunities. He also took us to all the must-see temples and landmarks in Da Nang. Thank you.

the driver is on time. he was so polite though we could hardly understand each other. He drove us to Bana Hills safely. The van is clean and nice. Its very convenient that we hire this van instead of taking the bus. we arrive earlier in Bana Hills

Excellent! I boarded the bus from Da Nang at around 8:40 PM, and after stopping five or six times, arrived in Hanoi at 8 AM. The driver drove very smoothly. The luxury bus had a toilet, which was much more convenient, and also had USB charging, free WiFi, and a TV. It was very clean and quiet. The bus was very good, and I will take it again in the future.

such a great experience. You have to come on time ao the train wont leave you behind. They are just going to check your qr code then everything is set. Btw,we had a stop over for about 10 mins i guess

We had different drivers per way, but both were excellent navigators. Both arrived on time. Drop ofr/pick up location in Hoi An was near the old town. We booked just the night before, but we had no problems ensuring a driver would be assigned to us. This is a perfect way to explore Hoi An on your own. For our ride back to Danang, our group finished early, and we were able to text the driver to come pick us up earlier than the planned time. All in all, this was an excellent choice.

No Hassle. Most comfortable way to travel to Hue. This time the driver whatsapped us in advance and picked all of us at the hotel. We were off from Da Nang by 09:55.

driver was punctual, clean and safe ride. perfect for solo traveler like me. we had lot time to explore the destinations. also they keep on communicating via WhatsApp for the reminder about pick up time, thank you!
