- If you would like to be picked-up or dropped-off at your designated hotel's address, please inform operator before participation date. Please note that it is not guaranteed as operator can only pick-up passenger who stays along the bus route. If we can not pick-up you at your designated location, we will advise you nearest pick-up point to you hotel.
Luggage Information
- Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge. Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it
Eligibility
- Children aged 0-5 can travel free of charge provided they will not occupy separate seats
- Discount 50% for children from 6 to 9 years old
- Children aged 10+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- Maximum 1 child for 1 adult, the 2nd child will pay adult price
Additional information
- Please note that one child seat is equivalent to one passenger
- Please present at your chosen pick-up point at lease 10 minutes before your actual pick-up time
- Customers who choose to be picked-up or dropped off at Hoi An Office, customer would be transferred to the office by a Sedan or MUV/SPV car
- Kindly indicate your flight arrival or departure time at checkout
- The schedule of transfers are subject to change based on weather or traffic conditions of the day. If your trip is canceled due to poor weather, the operator may opt to move your schedule to a later date or you can get a full refund
- Please immediately inform the Klook staff or operator in any flight changes or delays to reschedule your transfer service accordingly
- For transfers from Da Nang Airport to Hoi An, the driver will leave punctually at the scheduled departure times. We recommend you choose a departure time at least 1 hour after your flight arrival time to allow ample time to cross immigration. If you are delayed and the driver has left, you may take the next scheduled departure (subject to available seats)
- Please note: Food and drinks can be consumed inside the vehicle but it must not have a strong smell
- This activity provides group pick-up, therefore please expect 10-15 mins delay to pick-up other passengers
- Seats are randomly assigned and subject to availability at time of booking. While not guaranteed, we will make every effort to seat groups together.

Very good service. Our trip From Hoi An to Danang Airport, The bus delayed due to some problem but The arranged Private car for us immediately with out any additional payment and drop exact time in to the Airport. Appriciate the sevice and thanks for Responsible Staffs.
Barri Ann Travel provides great service. Also communicates by whatsapp and Viber. Responsive to queries and accommodates changes as much as possible. Exact on time too. Minibus is comfortable. Da Nang hotel meeting point is convenient for me. Was just surprised that they have no relationship with the hotel. It would be better if they were partners.
If you want a hassle free transfer from hoi an to danang or vice versa you should book this. They fetched us on time in our hotel and we travel around 40mins because there is no traffic from hoi an to danang city.
Wait at Gate 4 (domestic airlines). The driver will pick you up with a sign 15 minutes before the time (pay attention to the sign). Don't memorize the color of your shirt. The driver has manners, drives safely, is considerate, the car is clean. The car will drop you off at the parking point and there will be a golf cart that will drop you off at the point where we will get off again.
Booked the same service for a round trip transfer between Danang and Hoi An. Since it was at the designated hour, the shuttle van could not enter the Old Town area, but a 7-seater car was provided to transfer passengers from Old Town area to the shuttlw bus/van.
Seamless experience. Was contacted the day before to double confirm on the booking. The shuttle bus arrived earlier than expected and the seats are comfortable. Another 7 seater car was provided in Hoi An to transfer passengers into the Old Town area on designated hours.
Hoi An is full of beautiful lights, great food and the kindest people 🥺 this city was probably one of my favorite, even though there are not too many 'touristy' things to di, this city is just so unique the best thing to di is wander around the streets
