I was so glad I booked this with Klook because it was easy to travel back and forth from the three different areas we explored in Da Nang. The tour guide was informative and helpful. Thank you, Andy. Although the driver changed for the outbound and return journeys, we were able to meet them without any problems. It's reassuring that the driver contacts you. I'm grateful that I can get a private transfer for this price. Two women were able to enjoy sightseeing with peace of mind even late at night.

Experience was great and driver was attentive to all the passengers as we have the young and old. Though he cant speak English very well but he tried his best effort to type out message via Google translation. He even allowed early pick up. Would definitely purchase his service again if return to Da Nang one day.

I booked a Klook transfer since it's the same as Grab, might be a bit cheaper actually, because of the vouchers. I booked the same day few hours before, and the driver sent a message after a few mins. It's reliable and easy to book.
