Towels, foot covers, and shower facilities are provided. There's lemon water available in the waiting area. The girl at the service desk was very enthusiastic and friendly, always checking if we needed help. The package we purchased also included access to an exclusive club for burgers and pasta, which was an excellent value and a fantastic experience. If I could, I'd give it 100 stars! 😍 The kids said driving was fun and exciting, and they were very satisfied. Thank you, coach!

We had such an amazing experience doing ATV riding and rafting in Bali! Both activities were so exciting, fun, and definitely worth trying. Everything was well organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the experience. It was one of the highlights of our Bali vacation, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Bali! ❤️. Out trip became even more memorable because of our wonderful driver and tour guide, WIRA. 🥰 He was very kind, friendly, and accommodating throughout our trip. He made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We truly appreciate his excellent service and positive attitude, which made our Bali adventure even more enjoyable. We took Tandem ATV ride and the bike power was sufficient. it was an amazing experience. the staff is extremely polite and takes care of you and ur safety. the bikes are well maintained and I had no mechanical issues whatsoever. the track is good with water beds, steep climbs and decends. the tunnel mentioned is very short but fun whatsoever. the only disappointment was that 1.5 hours went by really soon. we wanted to ride forever.....

We had an amazing experience with Galon, our guide and driver for the ATV adventure package booked through Klook. He made our day smooth, organised, and stress-free, with convenient pick-up and drop-off. We enjoyed ATV riding, water rafting, a coffee plantation visit & tasting, and the swing with beautiful rice terraces view. Galon was polite, cheerful, punctual, professional, and always smiling. Every destination of our wholeday tour package, he explained every activities and places clearly of what to expect and what to do. He made sure we felt comfortable throughout the day and always remind us of our personal belongings to make sure its intact. In the morning we had Mr Made pick us up from Airbnb. He is super friendly and his English is good and understandable. The whole experience is good especially the ATV ride. The instructor Tokle was nice and he make sure we are safe. Would definitely recommend.

I loved this experience. The booking system and the staff were really good. if you like an activity while your away to break up some of the tourism this is definitely worth doing. we paid for a photographer so we could just enjoy the experience and not have to worry about photos! his name was Uda and he was so lovely he also doubled up as our drive for our pick up and waterfall tour that we added on. he was lovely and attentive. we had a good laugh with him too. would definitely recommend booking the smaller group. it was worth it.

We were a group of four and we availed the single atv ride, river rafting, rice terrace and jungle swing with roundtrip transfers. Our pick-up was 8:00 am but the driver was kind of late due to heavy traffic, which we completely understand. We had so much fun doing the ATV and the rafting. We didn’t realize it was already 5:30 pm ish when we finished both activities. We had to let go of the rice terrace and jungle swing because we didn’t have enough time left to do them. Lunch is included in the package which we did after the atv. There’s also a free drink after the rafting. We were surprised there’s free food at Red Paddle Bali Adventures before you leave. This is worth booking. It’s an unforgettable experience. Everyone was welcoming and professional. 😊

This was our first time riding a jeep, and Rio, our jeep driver, truly made the entire experience an unforgettable one! 😆 Throughout the ride from the bottom to the top of Mount Batur, Rio always made sure we were comfortable. He played music for us, checked on us regularly, and ensured that we had a safe and enjoyable journey. Beyond just driving, Rio also shared many tips and creative ideas on how to pose for photos. He was incredibly skilled at capturing amazing pictures and videos, making sure we had plenty of memorable moments to bring home. He even went the extra mile by stopping at the forest area to take additional photos and videos for us! We are extremely happy and satisfied with the beautiful photos and videos he captured, as well as the wonderful service he provided throughout the trip. :)) Thank you, Rio, for making this experience so special. We truly appreciate your effort and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great jeep experience! ☺️

We had so much fun, the tour guides are very helpful and the tracks are really great! It's just sad that we haven't got to experience riding in the river and waterfalls because the rain poured the day before our scheduled trip that's why it's high tide. But overall we had so much fun! :) This is a really freat experience.
