Towels, foot covers, and shower facilities are provided. There's lemon water available in the waiting area. The girl at the service desk was very enthusiastic and friendly, always checking if we needed help. The package we purchased also included access to an exclusive club for burgers and pasta, which was an excellent value and a fantastic experience. If I could, I'd give it 100 stars! 😍 The kids said driving was fun and exciting, and they were very satisfied. Thank you, coach!

The ATV ride was thrilling, and the rafting experience was fantastic, with beautiful scenery along the way. We had such an amazing experience! The tour was well coordinated by our driver Okta who was very punctual, knowledgeable and happy to help us with anything! We started the day with Wild Bali Adventures for river rafting and it was so much fun and not as scary as I thought and felt very safe. The views along Ayung River is just spectacular. Next was tandem ATV at Alamelu and also felt super safe. My partner felt the vehicles are well maintained and easy to learn even for his first time. Definitely a must for adrenaline junkies! Last stop was the coffee and tea plantation to learn more and have Bali and Luwak coffee. And happy to know that it is all ethical and sustainable! The food was also incredible, highly recommend! ❤️

We had an amazing experience with Galon, our guide and driver for the ATV adventure package booked through Klook. He made our day smooth, organised, and stress-free, with convenient pick-up and drop-off. We enjoyed ATV riding, water rafting, a coffee plantation visit & tasting, and the swing with beautiful rice terraces view. Galon was polite, cheerful, punctual, professional, and always smiling. Every destination of our wholeday tour package, he explained every activities and places clearly of what to expect and what to do. He made sure we felt comfortable throughout the day and always remind us of our personal belongings to make sure its intact. In the morning we had Mr Made pick us up from Airbnb. He is super friendly and his English is good and understandable. The whole experience is good especially the ATV ride. The instructor Tokle was nice and he make sure we are safe. Would definitely recommend.

I loved this experience. The booking system and the staff were really good. if you like an activity while your away to break up some of the tourism this is definitely worth doing. we paid for a photographer so we could just enjoy the experience and not have to worry about photos! his name was Uda and he was so lovely he also doubled up as our drive for our pick up and waterfall tour that we added on. he was lovely and attentive. we had a good laugh with him too. would definitely recommend booking the smaller group. it was worth it.

We were a group of four and we availed the single atv ride, river rafting, rice terrace and jungle swing with roundtrip transfers. Our pick-up was 8:00 am but the driver was kind of late due to heavy traffic, which we completely understand. We had so much fun doing the ATV and the rafting. We didn’t realize it was already 5:30 pm ish when we finished both activities. We had to let go of the rice terrace and jungle swing because we didn’t have enough time left to do them. Lunch is included in the package which we did after the atv. There’s also a free drink after the rafting. We were surprised there’s free food at Red Paddle Bali Adventures before you leave. This is worth booking. It’s an unforgettable experience. Everyone was welcoming and professional. 😊

This was our first time riding a jeep, and Rio, our jeep driver, truly made the entire experience an unforgettable one! 😆 Throughout the ride from the bottom to the top of Mount Batur, Rio always made sure we were comfortable. He played music for us, checked on us regularly, and ensured that we had a safe and enjoyable journey. Beyond just driving, Rio also shared many tips and creative ideas on how to pose for photos. He was incredibly skilled at capturing amazing pictures and videos, making sure we had plenty of memorable moments to bring home. He even went the extra mile by stopping at the forest area to take additional photos and videos for us! We are extremely happy and satisfied with the beautiful photos and videos he captured, as well as the wonderful service he provided throughout the trip. :)) Thank you, Rio, for making this experience so special. We truly appreciate your effort and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great jeep experience! ☺️

Our "Double buggy ride & Ubud tour: Rice terrace, waterfall, and Ubud art handicraft" booked through Klook was an absolute 10/10 experience! The absolute highlight of our entire day was our incredible driver and guide, Wayan Putra, who deserves a 10/10 rating all on his own. From the moment he picked us up, he set a fantastic tone, clearly explaining how to best structure our itinerary. Wayan is a true expert driver; navigating the busy roads of Ubud felt completely safe the whole way. His English is exceptional, making for wonderful, insightful conversations about Bali. He was also incredibly accommodating, effortlessly adjusting our schedule when we asked to visit a local coffee plantation to sample Luwak coffee. The itinerary itself was flawless. The buggy ride was AWESOME! Witnessing the traditional jewelry making was so interesting, and the Tegenungan waterfall was INCREDIBLE. We perfectly ended the day at the famous Bali Swings. We highly recommend this amazing tour!
