First time visiting here. Absolutely the best! The kids had a blast. The food was delicious, and the scenery was beautiful with a clean beach and sand. Love Hyatt Kuantan.

A very pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was calm, the service was prompt, and the staff was very professional. Worth the price. Will definitely repeat.

My son loves this place because the kids' pool has slides. This is my second stay here. This is an old hotel, but the management takes good care of it. Just that.. There are places where the piping smells clogged, so maybe that should be fixed. The wifi is great! and the beach is just behind the hotel. overall is good!

Best Chalet near cherating so far. Good location and near to beach area and few cafe nearby. Room was okay and clean.
