comfortable bed and pillow. plus point as the hotel provide iron and iron board in each room. the location also very good, very near to kuantan street arts and cafe. I spend a whole evening just strolling around the town and visit few aesthetic cafe a long the way.

Amzah is the one receptionist who attended me. He’s such a nice person & friendly. Overall staff are excellent. Room condition it’s a bit old, especially bathroom. There’s a stained at toilet bowl and also shaking.

Repeated same hotel if i travel to kuantan. Staff.. All of them are excellent, especially Amzah. Just a little advice, my room is in Privacy or Do Not Disturb, so please don’t knock the door to offer room cleaning or make up room. Shahzan Hotel is my 2nd home in the world. 4 days 3 night stay is awesome.

Strategically located in the Kuantan town. Less than 10 minutes walk to Kuantan Rivrfront and Menara 188. Less than 10 minutes drive to Stadium Darul Makmur. Located next to Muzium Seni Pahang and Masjid Sultan Ahmad, which is less than 5 minutes walk. Family and children friendly hotel as it has two good size swimming pool.
