Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but my family arrived at 3:20 PM. They informed us the room was not yet ready. Eventually, at 3:30 PM, they received a call and were able to get a room. In this aspect, they need to improve. It's understandable that it is a school holiday. However, check-out is already at 3:00 PM, which is quite late. Postponing this while check-out is at 12:00 noon is not ideal.

spacious room and beautiful view of the city and the river/sea. the breakfast provided were delicious especially the automatic coffee maker, that just completes the breakfast.

so far everything good, especially location is very convenient for us to go out bar for drinking and have morning also. There is a side walk along the river and we can have a fun with viewing Kuching famous view.

friendly staffs, good hospitality, spacious bedroom & bathroom, my room was executive room. amenities provided in the room, you can ask for more mineral water too. they have a massive renovation until September 2025, so you can’t use the pool, but they provide a shuttle to their partner hotel if you want to swim. the breakfast was okay, quite varied with a nice ambience at the peak lounge

Check in was smooth, location was good- in city centre. Take note: if driving, Parking is paid with coupons on weekdays. The atmosphere and design is very nice. Cleanliness was good- the room and bed smelled fresh. (Except the shower head had mould) Room slippers and robe was provided. Bed was comfortable, had a great sleep. Food also looked good at the restaurant.
