Very nice hotel and service. Expected per disney resort hotel. thank you for the nice experience. very memorable and surely me and my family can forever remember. more power klook! So many activities to do especially the character meeting. 💚💜💛❤️

Worth the price. They have free shuttle service so you don’t have to worry when you go to the airport, Disneyland and The Bund. There is also nearby metro station, around 5-10 minutes walk.

This was my first trip to Shanghai Disney, and also my first time staying at the Land Hotel! After arriving at the airport, I took a taxi to the hotel. Upon arrival, the bell staff greeted me with smiles, helped with my luggage, and provided guidance. I felt very relieved! The front desk staff also used a translator to explain everything in Japanese and were very helpful! The hotel lobby and amenities were decorated for Halloween, so it was continuous cuteness✨ On the morning of my final day, I had breakfast at the hotel. It was visually appealing and delicious, so I was very satisfied. Mickey & Minnie greeted me with high-fives and we took pictures together, which was so relaxing. I would love to stay here again when I visit Shanghai!

This was my first time staying at a hotel in China, specifically in Shanghai, and I was very impressed. They allowed me to check in early at 8 AM, even though the actual check-in time is 2 PM. Amazing, they really went above and beyond! I almost wanted to wai (Thai greeting) them. Hotel location: 5/5

Grand central hotel was just situated 1 min away from the famous nanjing walking street. there is a Lawson opposite the hotel as well. Do note that during winter/cold weather, they will not turn on the central air con and might have issue sleeping.

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Conveniently located at the busy nanjing road street and near People's Square subway station. Shopping and food are within walking distance from the hotel. Hotel room (twins) is quiet and spacious for 2 person stay. Breakfast buffet at level 2 was pretty good with quite a variety of local and western food. Although the room wifi is pretty slow, it is still well recommended for the location and service.

the place is very near Nanjing road and near metro station. the hotel itself is old but cleaned everyday. It is located in an alley so it was hard for us to locate it right away. the staff were very nice and accommodating.

The room was nice. Beside the hotel, there is a store or grocery where you can buy necessities. It's also about a 5 to 7-minute walk to Yu Yuan Garden Station, which is a metro station, and a few minutes to Yu Yuan Garden itself. It's very convenient because there are several convenience stores nearby. The staff are good, and we had a good experience.
