started with a video on peranakan history. it’s a demo class so you are seated while chef cooks. then there chef is very good at sharing the insider tips on how to treat the ingredients etc. be sure to bring a pen. about 8pax for my class a comfortable size. you get a goodie bag at the end as well of nyonya kueh and a mug

I participated in the experience with my 11 and 9-year-old children, and it was a very enjoyable experience. The cooking wasn't difficult, and they provided excellent guidance to prevent the children from getting hurt. The food was also very delicious. However, since it's a class for adults, 3 hours might be a bit long depending on the children's ages. The 11-year-old enjoyed the entire class, but the 9-year-old had a little trouble listening to the explanations for a long time. Nevertheless, they said it was a very fun experience. we went to celebrate my foodie, cooking-loving husband’s birthday and it turned out to be such a treat! the pizza making experience gave us an opportunity to change up the usual routine of the kitchen with new techniques in using a wood-fire oven ☺️ instructors, Gary and JP, were a joy to work with and made the entire thing so enjoyable together with the small group setting with fun individuals too!
