We booked two rooms for this trip and Mr. Harry, the receptionist, gladly arranged one room for early check-in since we came from a long trip from Sapa via the sleeper train. He also booked our airport transfer for a cheap fee and it was a smooth transaction. All the other staff were also helpful, friendly and polite during our stay. Ms. Vivian even sent us recommendations of cafes and restaurants near the hotel and she even booked us a table in the trainstreet. I am overly glad she reserved us a great seat! And also, the food served during breakfast was delicious. The Master Chef even went out to greet us a good morning and suggested other food that she can prepare for us. Lastly, the hotel location is great. It is in the heart of the Old Quarter and very near tourist spots and well-known cafes. Overall, the experience was great and I would gladly book this hotel again on my next trip!

It was a great place to stay. The front desk staff were very warm and accommodating. Our room was fresh and cleaned every day, and they made sure that complimentary items were always provided and topped up.

The room was clean but the toilet was very narrow. but overall it is a good place to stay for few days! what I love the most was their breakfast!!! and the staff were accommodating and helpful. near to the attractions.

we arrived there early in the morning to leave our luggages and roam around until 2pm for the check in time. But then my mom is so tired we went back before lunch to check in early even if we pay extra. I appreciate them for granting us checking in early with no additional fee. The location is so good. We were able to just walk going to our destinations (train street, night market, lake, theater and so on). Our room is clean,and the aircon, hair dryer, extension socket are all working. They have towels, toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel in the bathroom as well. Overall, it's more than what I expected based on the reviews here. Thank you so much Charming hotel. Until next time
