I absolutely loved this coffee class! We were the only ones in the class, so it felt really personal and relaxed. Iris was incredibly knowledgeable and did a great job explaining everything and guiding us through the different coffees.
Every coffee we made turned out really good—we enjoyed them so much that we ended up buying some coffee beans to take home! 😆 We had such a fun and enjoyable time during the class. Definitely one of our favorite activities in Hanoi!

Was able to experience their culture as to how to making insence and hats in a traditional way. An eye opener for me how important it is to preserve our culture.
The tour guide is really nice and accommodating. Her purpose in promoting the local tradition/culture is really commendable.

If you have a tight schedule but want to experience a lot, I highly recommend this tour. I visited during the off-season, and personal travel was difficult due to weather issues, so it was great to be able to travel comfortably. Alex and Brian safely conducted the tour via motorbike and shared historical facts, making it a more meaningful experience than traveling alone. It suddenly rained heavily, and our clothes and bodies got very wet, but the guides did their best to help us resolve the situation, which was wonderful. The sudden rain caused some changes to our itinerary, and the route shifted slightly, but they frequently asked for our input throughout, allowing us to visit places we hadn't been able to see before the tour without missing out or having regrets. They seemed very concerned that we might not have fully enjoyed ourselves, but please don't worry, we truly had a great time! If I return to Hanoi, I'd love to meet them again. I couldn't fully express my gratitude because I'm not very good at English! Thank you so much!

Tried the 50-minute head spa and had a really enjoyable experience. They welcomed me with tea and light refreshments, and the session also included a short shoulder massage with hot stones. The treatment was comfortable and relaxing, and the price was very reasonable too. Would definitely recommend it!

This spa is one of the more upscale options in Hanoi's Old Quarter, and the prices are very reasonable. Booking through Klook is even more cost-effective than going directly or booking on their website. I had a 90-minute massage; they take you to a secluded room where you can lie down and wear a warm eye mask during the massage.

We are satisfied with the service provided by the Dental care clinic. The Dental Doctor and nurse are professional and they use Google translate to speak with clients. They are patient and knowledgeable to explain the procedure and give useful information.
