Hanoi - Sapa Bus by HK Buslines

Had an excellent trip from Hanoi to Sapa. the bus is very spacious and have everything you need. the bus driver is very friendly. they give you two rest stops for food during the trip, each 30mins. the bus is equipped with washroom on board. upon arrival to Sapa, the company also give you a free ride to your Hotel.

We tried HK Buslines for our trip to Sapa, and overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience. The bus itself was actually better than expected. We booked the sleeper cabin, and it felt private and relaxing—parang may sariling space ka. The seat/bed was comfortable enough to sleep, especially for a long trip (around 5–6 hours). One thing I liked was that the bus was clean and well-maintained, and they provided small extras like water and wipes. The aircon was good, and the ride was generally smooth.  Another plus is the door-to-door or hotel pick-up and drop-off, which made everything more convenient. Hindi na kami nahirapan maghanap ng terminal.  The trip was also on time and organized, though medyo nakaka-confuse lang minsan during pickup since maraming buses and may language barrier.

The HK Busline support has messaged me through WA on the day of our booked travel. The driver called me when he reached the airport. the sleeper bus was on time. need to remove shoes before going inside the bus, the driver will give you a plastic bag for your shoes. we took the lower cabin. they have free water and wet wipe. there’s a tv with headphone if you want to watch. the seat/bed also has massgae function but too loud, as it was a late night travel, we opted not to use the massage as it’s noisy and would be bothersome to the other passengers 😅 Left Hanoi Intl Airport around 10pm and reached Sapa before 6am. they have a free shuttle to our Sapa hotel which is convenient. This is recommended way to travel from Hanoi Intl Airport to Sapa. Btw, the last pic I took for reference for those travelling and would like to recline/upright your seat-pull it. It took me a while to figure it out so sharing here and hope it helps future fellow pasengers.

Here’s a revised version: It was great booking their service. My original bus broke down the day before my trip, so they emailed me, rescheduled the departure time, and gave me a 50,000 VND refund. Since I had booked a lower berth, but only an upper berth was available for the new booking. When I arrived in Sapa, they arranged a transfer to my hotel. Everything ran smoothly.

The operator message me the day before regarding the meeting place and time. We took the lower cabin which is better cause it can be a little dizzy. first part of the ride was ok but got a little dizzy during the zigzag. the cabin was really cool. you have blanket, pillow, water, charging port. they also bring you to your hotel using van

It was a smooth transaction and ride. Highly recommended this HK Buslines they pick us up at Noi Bai International Airport pillar 01. You can actually indicate where the bus can pick you up so I choose the Airport. It was a long trip yet comfy since I booked the Cabin Sleeper Bus, plus 2 stop over to use the Public toilet and need to prepare money because it’s not free. If you want to have a comfortable ride kindly choose the lower cabin much better. No hassle when you choose this HK busline they will drop you infront of your hotel, they can also pick you up in your hotel. So yeah it was a smooth vacation hehe.

Very comfort, cozy, good facilities, tv, slot charging USB and Type C, bed massage, get mineral water, tissue, 2 times rest in rest area, toilet in bus. Good staff, after arrive in Sapa available minibus bring to the Hotel. very recommended

The trip was smooth and quite relaxing. The pick up however was quite confusing so I suggest that you ask for the plate number of the bus assigned to you. The shuttle service to your hotel was really helpful

The service of HK busline was really satisfactory and the cabin was quite comfortable however we have experienced a small hiccup since we had two bookings due to last minute changes in our trip. Unfortunately we were not able to inform the agent who contacted us through whatsapp that we were traveling together; we just used one number to confirm both bookings. Unfortunately during the pick up there were a lot of buses from hk busline and they came one after the other and apparently our group was not on the same bus as the 2nd group which has caused confusion for the drivers and us. Good thing we were able to sort it out and both buses arrived at the bus stops at the same time. Btw don’t forget to bring some cash for the toilet during the bus stop
