We have gotten the same driver as the one who picked us up from Hanoi Airport, I think his name is Mr Hai. Picked us up from the hotel around 8am-ish, and reached our Hanoi Hotel around 1.30-2.00pm. Driver stopped at an rnr, which has a chocolate shop. Quite an interesting experience. Each seat has a massager and usb cable. Provided each one with a mineral bottle too.
They picked me up at the airport instead of going to the Hanoi Opera House, which I was thankful for. The only problem that I encountered was that when they picked me up at the airport. All the seats were occupied except for the seat in front. I was so mad because I was really tired and had come on a red-eyed flight. However, they refunded me 50,000 VND but insisted that it had to be around 100,000 VND because that was the fare difference between VIP and standard seats when booking. The driver, Mr. Hai, is nice and helpful.
Get a Sapaking limo, don’t bother with a coach, this gets you there quicker and in comfort & style. The communication was superb throughout, collection easy and smooth, I highly recommend. After booking, you receive an invite to communicate via WhatsApp, where you can ask questions, then you are provided with details of the driver & their registration. We had Mr Quan for both our trips, despite not sharing the same language, we were able to understand each other.
The day before, the driver contacted me via WhatsApp with the car number. When departing from Hanoi, the driver contacted me first, which was reassuring. When departing from Sapa, I didn't hear from the driver, so I contacted them via WhatsApp and received a reply. In Sapa, they picked me up directly from the hotel, which was very convenient. The driver was excellent, and it was great to travel faster than a sleeping bus. The limousine seats also have a massage function, though it's not very strong.

We were so glad we chose to do this to get to Sapa. Communication was clear with pick up, the van was clean and comfortable and the 2 mandatory shops were she perfect time to stretch out legs for 15 minutes. The scenery was beautiful and we arrived quicker than expected, and was around check in time, so no long waits to get into our room as the guests who came on the overnight train had to. well worth it
Convenient pickup from hotels in Sapa and drop-off in Hanoi city. The seats have massage functions. There will be 2 bathroom breaks along the way. The driver cannot speed because there is a speed limit of 80 kilometers per hour. If the speed exceeds 80, a signal will sound continuously until the speed is reduced to the normal level.
communication excellent throughout, driver picked us up from our airbnb at Westlake. Limousine top notch, stopped twice one in picture below, best way to get to SaPa.
