The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, especially with arranging airport shuttle service upon request. The hotel is also conveniently located in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shops. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent service!

Great place to stay. Although it is right in the middle of a very busy area, it is on a small side street where cars can’t go, so it is very quiet. Clean room and bath area. Breakfast was a nice mix of pho and western foods. What really made the stay wonderful was the receptionist. Quin Anh spoke excellent English, and her personality was very welcoming. Highly recommend staying here.

What I really love about this hotel is the location it is within old quarter and majority of the michelin guide foods are within reach. Also Chenny and Pon/Pound along with the other attendant are very helpful. They help us navigate the tourist spots within the area and what should be the priority based on the availability or time.
