gotta be honest, the staffs were very friendly there’s no doubt about it. But the building was old, you can tell from the lobby, the lift and the room. The room was clean though. Well, you get what you pay for, its quite affordable especially with breakfast. so no complain 😊

One of the things we really enjoyed during our stay was the breakfast buffet. There were plenty of food choices, and everything we tried was good. The dining area was quite small, but the view overlooking the streets added a nice atmosphere while having breakfast. Another highlight was the airport transfer. At the last minute, we were offered the option to arrange transportation directly to the airport instead of booking a Grab. We decided to take it, and it turned out to be a great decision. The vehicle was spacious and comfortable, making our trip to the airport much more convenient, especially with our luggage. A pleasant stay with good food, comfortable accommodation, and convenient service! Note: We also added reviews on their page.

We booked two nights through Klook under two separate reservations because we needed to check in early, leave our luggage, and make it on time for our scheduled day tour. We contacted Klook Help Center to coordinate with the hotel and requested that both bookings be arranged for the same room so we would not need to transfer rooms during our stay. Thankfully, everything worked out well. The room was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. We had such a tight itinerary that we completely forgot to take photos of the room—we simply enjoyed the little time we had to relax! Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, especially with our busy travel schedule.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in terms of customer service. The staff are incredibly nice, friendly, and always willing to accommodate and assist their guests. They took great care of us from the moment we arrived until the time we checked out. Whenever we had any concerns or needed assistance, they were always happy to help. Special shoutout to the staff hehe we bought so many pasalubong, and our luggage was extremely heavy, but they willingly helped us carry everything despite how heavy it was. We truly appreciate their kindness and friendliness! The breakfast was great as well, and our room was cleaned every day. The room itself was also very clean and comfortable. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We will surely be back in the future! :)

They welcome us upon arriving and give us a welcome drink as well. They upgrade us and send ua to their sister hotel which is the Fiesta Grand. Their staff is very helpful. Especially the lady at the front desk who help my daughter when she left her wallet inside the grab. Overall, our experience is really good and we are looking forward to book our next stay with them.

everything is very clean and nice.. though we prefer a location with more establishments surrounding the hotel.. but what made the hotel topnotch is the staff.. very accommodating, helpful with directions and requests.. all their food recommendations are also very very delicious. thank you everyone!

It was a great experience booking at this hotel. the staffs were very friendly and nice. its also a strategic locations since its in old quarter. also it comes with free breakfast. the bed sheets and towels smells really nice. very affordable price yet very good service 💯👍🏻

The hotel location is convenient for people going to Hanoi for the first time since it's walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. Staff is accommodating and approachable. The bedroom is decent sized for its price and the bathroom is clean and well maintained. We also enjoyed the free breakfast. Do note that the walls are thin so take this into consideration if you are a light sleeper. Nevertheless, I would definitely consider staying in this hotel again if I come back to Hanoi 😊
