check in 16.5.26. hotel environment so beautiful.room is big,water supply laju.breakfast variety of food and delicious.swimming pool kid friendly and there are kids playground n room to play .overall I'm satisfied with the hotel..tq for the complimentary cake birthday.

Dorsett hotel is walking distance to Pavilion Mall. Grab food is accepted for delivery orders even if the hotel has its own restaurant and do room service. The breakfast buffet has different stations from bread to salad, main course to vegetarian station. The room is spacious as it has an area of 30 sq m, however, it lacks inclusions inside. Overall, it is good with the price.

checking in is convenient. location is very good. the unit itself is great, lrt station is walkable while a mall is juat a stone throw away

A nice hotel to stay in as shopping mall have a direct access from the hotel. Hotel Staff are nice and professional. I have no issue in staying and it surprised me that you can on the fan and switch off the aircon. A plus point for me. I will come back again.

My stay was wonderful. My room was cleaned every day, the water station was very convenient and breakfast was great. The best part of the trip was the location, not quite in the centre of KL but close enough. Also near to a mall and several other places, loads of options within walking distance.

excellent service. we've been upgraded to one of the most expensive suite free foc due to the room we booked was fully occupied. they even remembered to provide us a comp homeymoon cake and chocoltates when we arrived. their warisan nasi goreng room service menu is top notch..!! we ended up ordered twice. highly recommended with easy access by walking distance to the main city KLCC, Bukit Bintang area MRT station just within 5 mins walking distance if u need to travel by public transport to anywhere else in Klang Valley

everything was great-the location buffet breakfast-except for the fridge coz the fridge not as cold as to freeze my ice cream however u still can ask them to put in their fridge and they are so helpful on that.Appreciate it.

We had such a wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur! We travelled with our 2-month-old baby, and the hotel thoughtfully provided all the baby amenities we needed, making our trip so much easier and more comfortable. The room, views, and service were exceptional. Every staff member was warm and attentive, and we truly felt well taken care of. Can’t wait to be back!
