Great location to stay. Breakfast buffet spread was great. Kids theme hotel room with seperated parents room was awesome. Decoration was onpoint.

I recently stayed at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur. The location is fantastic — very convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around the city. The staff were amazing: friendly, helpful, and professional. The pool and amenities were also excellent and a real highlight of the stay. Breakfast had so many choices too. The only downside was the room structure/layout. The photos for the room type were a bit inconsistent — some showed a more spacious bathroom area, while others showed a smaller one — and unfortunately we were given the smaller bathroom. Also, The space beside the bed was also very narrow, making it not easy to get in and out of bed. Overall, it was still a good stay, and I’d recommend the hotel for its location, staff, and facilities. But if room layout and bathroom size matter to you, I’d suggest confirming the exact room details before booking.

Hotel layout was not as per expected

1. The room was fantastic, but once again, it was the people who made the stay memorable. 2. Ms Hesther from Front Desk went above and beyond by turning a last-minute request into a special surprise. Her thoughtfulness and genuine care made our stay truly memorable. 3. Thank you PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur team for another wonderful stay. We came to Kuala Lumpur for a short trip, but we left with a very special memory that we will both carry with us.

The rooms at the President Wings I assumed are the new extension to the main building. The rooms are quite deep in. Other than that the service staffs are very helpful in particular the staff Ameer at the reception

everything was great-the location buffet breakfast-except for the fridge coz the fridge not as cold as to freeze my ice cream however u still can ask them to put in their fridge and they are so helpful on that.Appreciate it.

We booked a 2-night stay here from 14-16 July 2026. There were definitely some highlights: the check-in process was extremely fast and efficient, and the breakfast food varieties in the morning were absolutely great. However, the room housekeeping needs to do a significantly better job. On 15th July , we pressed the housekeeping button and left our room at around 11 AM. When we returned at around 4:10 PM-more than 5 hours later-our request had been ignored and the room was still completely uncleaned. Because of this major oversight, my elderly 80 year old father was unable to go to the room to lie down after a long day out. Instead, he was to sit and wait in the hotel lobby for a long time while staff rushed to get the room ready. While the front desk and culinary teams are doing an excellent job, the housekeeping department's lack of reliability deeply impacted our stay. I hope management addresses this service gap.

We super enjoyed our stay with ParkRoyal. The ambiance is so cozy, the hotel room is so spacious, the hotel staff are so pleasant and warm. I definitely give a rating of 11/10. Great job, ParkRoyal! 🫶🏻

Room quite small, queen size bed , can hear neighbouring rooms through thin walls, noisy A/c - 6/10 Room cleaning/housekeeping daily, very tidy - 10/10, Location 9/10 Breakfast , quite a variety 9+/10 People/ staff 10/10 Pool 9/10
