Clean room with LRT station about 5 min walk from the hotel made an excellent choice of stay. A good spread of buffet breakfast and reasonable price for the room.

Great variety of breakfast options, and the accommodation was nice and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping malls, with Grab rides taking around 10 minutes to Pavilion KL and other attractions.
We also enjoyed the beautiful view of KL Tower. The staff kindly helped us choose a bingsu combination, which was perfect for two people to share. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel!

location is very good, 450m from bukit nanas monorel. cleanliness could improve for the room carpet. breakfast is good. but better come without car as no self parking available.

I had a great stay at Santa Grand Signature KL. Although I initially needed to ask the staff to change the bed sheets upon arrival (as they were stained), the hotel staff were very accommodating in allowing us an early check-in and late check-out.
The room itself was modern and clean, although simple and minimalist in its furnishings (for example, there was no cupboard for clothes, only a rack). Breakfast was really tasty with many options, but I especially loved the fresh roti and omelette station, as well as the noodle soup station.
