everything was good. we really had so much fun here, especially my kid. location is very close to many attraction so it took a short duration for food delivery. good maintenance of cleanliness. staff were polite. we really enjoy the private pool, infinity pool, sky deck and even the gym with magnificent view. definitely will come again.

its a seamless booking and check in experience. There is instant confirmation and you are worry free about the booking.Counter check was fast, don't even need confirmation email from klook, just give your IC and they will manage to search your booking is via klook. Swimming pool is clean and its safe for kids to access, special door lock available to avoid kids enter into the pool without adults monitoring.

Our stay at Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur was truly exceptional. The apartment-style rooms are impressively spacious, perfect for families with young children. One of the standout features was the Sky Deck, which offers a breathtaking view of the Petronas Twin Towers. The hotel also provides a great selection for breakfast full range buffet. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it!
