Best hotel with best view. Never been better. This really amazed me. Plus we are facing sunset, this is superb. And they can serve breakfast in room although food is limited compare to dine at their restaurant, the food portion is sufficient for me.

The staff were all friendly and professional. Our room was beautiful & spacious. It was how hospitality service should be. The view. We could see iconic buildings/architecture all over from our window. Breakfast was really good, with Twin Towers view and sunrise . Bathroom was amazing with a huge bathtub and really cool multifunctional shower, bed was very comfortable, service was fantastic from beginning to end.

2nd time staying banyan kl. Enjoy the view and huge bathroom. Only one major cons for me is that the swimming pool is always freezing temperature. Another thing is that the bed is a bit hard and the pillow is not feather filled

The voucher via KLOOK can’t be used at the property and I have to make another booking on the spot with own payment. Although KLOOK refund it via Credit but it’s not a good experience. The hotel even issue me a letter why they rejected the booking via KLOOK.
