Location of hotel is great as it is right beside Suria KLCC, 1 to 2 mins leisure walk with covered walkway. Nothing but praise for all the team members working during our stay, they were courteous and awesome! Rooms were cozy especially the corner room where we got 2 full window view. Pool service was beyond our expectation, experience it yourself! Kudos to the gentleman (missed his name). We will be back again for next KL trip!!

This is probably the best hotel in Kuala Lumpur. It has everything any top-class luxury hotel has plus an unmatched view of the KLCC Park in front of the pool. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. From the get go, we felt warm and welcomed. An unforgettable guest experience by blending Asian cultures with international expectations.
