This hotel is a great place to stay. We spent 1 night here. We have an afternoon flight to Fukuoka. We were able to use the onsen spa before check out. It was a wonderful experience. It’s nice that the hotel is part of the airport terminal 3 and there is access to all the shops. Would definitely stay here again. Also all the staff were friendly and helpful.

We LOVE IT HERE! We were lucky enough to experience the sumida fireworks festival, perfect place ang hotel na ito. Malapit sa tourist spots, but unlike in shibuya at shinjuku, more affordable dito ang food, for the similar items. service: 1M/10 hotel location:infinity/10 cleanliness:10/10

Lovely hotel though a walk from Shinjuku Station. Rooms are small and can hardly open luggage. Airport Limousine bus stops right outside hotel. Lawson and Family Mart is just right within hotel premises. Convenient and easy check-in and out.

The Hotel room is clean and have enough space. The hotel staff are very accomodating and helps us when we have querries. The hotel have laundry machine and dryer area. Also, our view from our room is great as we can see the Tokyo Skytree from there. Area is also accessible having to walk for 5 mins to train stations.

I would definitely book this one again. It's a super nice place with excellent service. kudos to the team

This hotel is very close to the subway exit and just a few minutes away from Kaminarimon, highly recommend staying here! Breakfast is in the restaurant on the first floor, with a variety of set menus to choose from, as well as coffee and tea. If you don't purchase breakfast, that's okay too, there's a FamilyMart right next to the hotel that you can check out! The space is quite comfortable for one person, and the double bed is very comfortable to sleep in. I ended up sleeping in for an extra hour the next day. Remember there's an alarm clock on the bedside table that you can set!

great hotel close to everything: train/bus station, shopping and restaurants. excellent service by all staff from check in to housekeeping. the sky lounge was great for unwinding in the evening for a drink and a great view of Tokyo at night.

Transportation: We utilized three subway stations, including Nakaokachimachi Station, for convenient access. Location: The area has many office buildings, so it was bustling with office workers at night. It was quieter and more pleasant than entertainment districts. There were large 7-Eleven and FamilyMart convenience stores nearby, where we could find food. There were also ramen shops and cafes, so we frequented the convenience stores. Service: The breakfast area also serves as a communal lounge on the 14th floor, and it was open for use from 5:30 PM. We bought snacks and Yuzu liquor every day and enjoyed the night view! The hotel view is amazing, so there's no need to go up to a separate tower or observatory! ♥︎ Ramen is available on a first-come, first-served basis from 8:45 PM in the same location. It seemed like you could arrive a bit later and still get some. Even though there were many people, there was always ramen left. I also recommend the unlimited free sake! Cleanliness: It's very clean and spacious, probably because it was recently built. Japanese hotels are usually so small that you can barely open a suitcase, but this place is just spacious. The bathroom is separated into a toilet/sink area and a shower room. It's spacious and clean enough for two people to use. The quality of the amenities is also good, so we used the hotel's shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Breakfast: We had breakfast twice, and the menu didn't change much. The taste was good. You can also make Tonkotsu ramen! *Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Checking in and checking out is very easy and not time consuming. hotel location is very near the shinjuku station. hotel is clean and they have lots of amenities in the lobby. breakfast buffet also have wide selection of food. room is clean and spacious
