Very chill hotel. If you’re just looking for a place to crash for the night this is definitely the place to go. Comfortable bed, pillows were ok. Bathroom is small but again you don’t need much as it’s mainly for the price. They also hold your luggage for you for a day after you checkout. Very close to a lot of late night izakayas

The location was excellent and very convenient, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions just a short walk away. We were able to explore the area on foot, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and well-maintained, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning it every day. What I loved most was their thoughtful selection of complimentary toiletries from well-known Japanese brands that guests could borrow if needed. They even offered hair styling tools, which was a nice touch for anyone wanting to get ready before heading out. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

The hotel was in walking distance to the Akihabara district and close to the metro. The staff was friendly and the hotel rooms were clean. The laundry room was convenient and the hotel even had a TV option dedicated to the availability of the washing machines and how much time was left on those machines that were in use so that you didn’t have to run back and forth to check on your laundry loads. The only drawback was the rooms were VERY small despite booking two rooms for my family of four.

The breakfast included was not worth it. It’s weird that some food/drinks will require me to pay more. The location is so good. Family mart and 7-elven nearby. Near the ameyoko market which is great. near with thestation entrances

this hotel is great location, hotel staff were polite, and breakfast included. however. they don't provide water so you'll need to purchase separately. there's many convenience store nearby so not a worry

Hotel is near Ueno station, Ameyoko and a FamilyMart where u can buy quick needs. Breakfast available is basic but still a good way to fill in your stomach. Room is quite small as usual Japanese hotels are, but is clean.
