Amazing hotel with incredible amenities. Wish we had stayed longer to fully enjoy. Well centered, incredible restaurants, konbinis, bar, amazing hospitality and connected directly to shinjuku south entrance for transport and keio mall, what more is there to be said!!!

Overall was a good place to stay. The rooms are very small, and the cleanliness was decent enough but could’ve been a bit better particularly in the bathroom. Reception staff were friendly, and location was decent but most prime subway stations were a 13 - 15 minute walk. Washing/Drier facilities were good, only 4 of each and can get very busy.

Affordable, clean, close enough to Shinjuku Station (10 min walk), good staff, and great amenities (esp. the convenient shops located in the building's lower floors). Only gripe was room feeling quite old and being on the small side (as compared to similarly described rooms at two other Japanese hotels).

easy walk from the Shinjuku train station. there’s loads of food shops near by, very close to the government building for the viewing deck. room was super clean and comfortable only complaint was that we could hear the elevator rattling up and down the wall all night.

We had a pleasant stay at Shinjuku Washington Hotel. The location is very convenient, with easy access to transportation and major areas in Shinjuku. Must have & highly recommend buffet breakfast at Manhattan Table, 25th floor. Reasonable priced & comfortable room accommodation. Highly recommend Shinjuku Washington Hotel & 15 minutes walk to shopping I.e. Donki, Uniqlo & others.
