Sapporo
The fifth-largest city in Japan, Sapporo has just about everything you would want in a big city: shopping, delicious food, and bustling nightlife, among many others. And though many are in Sapporo for only a day or two as they make their way to Hokkaido, we recommend staying a bit longer for the local experiences if you can spare the time! Some must-visit attractions in the city include the Sapporo TV Tower, the Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill, and Susukino for those wanting to experience the local nightlife scene. Sapporo is typically at its busiest during February when visitors flock to the city to partake in the Snow Festival and in the summertime to feast on beer and delicious eats at the food festivals.

Fantastic 5.0
We joined a one-day tour with our guide, Emma. She was full of humor, and since there were Japanese, Chinese, and Filipino speakers on the bus, she patiently repeated everything three times. I've included a photo of Emma walking in the snow from behind. Biei Farm was the most enjoyable stop; we rode snowmobiles. I highly recommend getting one per person for a better experience, but the person in front of me was too slow this time, so I didn't get to experience the thrill of speeding up. You absolutely must try the milk and ice cream at Biei; they were delicious! However, be aware that ice cream is not allowed on the bus, and if your tour includes a meal, you might not have enough time to finish your ice cream. The only downside of the one-day tour was that we had to leave Asahiyama Zoo before seeing all the animals. The Ningle Terrace was wet and a bit dirty due to melting snow, and without the lights on, it wasn't very impressive. We should have spent more time at the zoo, haha. If it's not dark yet, you're not interested in creative crafts, and you haven't eaten properly all day, I suggest eating directly at the restaurants near Prince Snow Resort instead of going into Ningle Terrace, as the restaurants close at 3:30 PM.

It was an enjoyable experience. We were able to go to a lot of places in only one day. The time is quite strict. Bring snacks with you so you wont get hungry in this trip. Our tour guide Andy was helpful, and gave out tips for our stay in Hokkaido, like where to eat and what to do. Highly recommend!

The guide explained everything very well and conveyed the stories of each place wonderfully. Their English was easy to understand, and they took excellent care of all the tour members. As for the itinerary, the time allocated for each location was very well managed, allowing us to visit many diverse and worthwhile places. I will definitely come back if I have the opportunity!

Very satisfied with this tour. Our tour guide is Zoe, very helpful. The snowmobile is mandatory and have not cover from the tour fee, so you need to bring some cash. In night most the shop in Ninggle terrace is close, so for the one who want to buy some souvenir need pick earlier hour.

Fantastic 5.0
Thank you to our guide, Risa (or perhaps Lisa?) from Qingdao, for leading us. The whole trip was very smooth, also thanks to the punctuality of the group members and the driver's snow driving skills. This Sapporo trip was a wish come true for me. I've wanted to come for ten years, but various reasons meant I didn't have the chance until I was in my 40s. When planning the itinerary, places like Lake Toya and the Ice Waterfall Festival were really hard to reach without driving. Luckily there's Klook. I used Klook in Okinawa before to get to many places, and it didn't disappoint this time either. Although I was the only Hong Kong man in the whole group, the overall experience was excellent. Thank you to everyone for making my trip so fulfilling.

I love this tour. This tour was really fun and enjoyable. We had the chance to visit many beautiful places, each with its own unique charm. It was a wonderful experience and definitely worth it and Lucy is an excellent tour guide who truly stands out for her professionalism and knowledge. She is able to speak multiple languages fluently, which makes communication smooth and comfortable for travelers from different countries.
What impressed me the most was how well she explained everything throughout the tour. Her recommendations were very helpful, and she provided clear, interesting, and useful information at every stop. She made the entire experience enjoyable and easy to follow. thank you for everything.
