I booked a tour for a van with 8 other people whom I don’t know. I solo travelled and was very well accommodated by our tour guide 林晨旋. He drove us to every destination on time, allowing us to see all Mt. Fuji picture spots before other large tour buses got there. It also includes hotel pick-up and drop-off so it’s very convenient. Overall, I’m happy I joined and feel that this was worth it.

Kate is friendly, detailed and clear in her explanation, explain the culture and gave useful tips about travelling in Japan too. She even folded origami cranes as parting gifts for each one of us! The locations are beautiful too, good value considering the many places we went.

Had an amazing time touring Mt Fuji! I’m so glad I decided to go for it! We got picked up from Tokyo station and enjoyed a FULL day around Mt Fuji Area. The places we went were so nice and the itinerary was planned beautifully. Fred was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He explained everything well and gave directions clearly so we can get the best experience.

It was truly one of the best experiences I had in Japan. The guide, Agnes, was extremely friendly and attentive to everything! We were able to see all the main points with the perfect amount of time. If you're unsure which tour to buy, choose this one! I saw a girl who bought bear oil and she was so happy… I'm so jealous….

Our Guide, Kumar, was superb in what he is dong. He made sure everyone gets in ontime and made sure we had time for all the places in the tour. Obviously we did and we had fun, although time was a bit tight. The places we visits were so beautiful, Kumar also let us know where to take pictures without the crowds etc. will definitely go on tour with them again... thank you.

Our trip coincided with a make-up holiday for Labor Thanksgiving Day in Japan. Although we left early and avoided traffic on the way there, the scheduled attractions were already crowded upon arrival. At the suggestion of our driver, Mr. Zhang, we shortened the first itinerary to avoid wasting time in line and arrived early for the second, more important itinerary, where we enjoyed sightseeing and taking pictures. The originally selected lunch location was full and would have required a one-hour wait, so we temporarily asked Mr. Zhang to recommend a suitable and well-reviewed restaurant, which we were quite satisfied with. For the third itinerary in the afternoon, Mr. Zhang reminded us that the return journey would be extremely congested due to the holiday break ending, so it was best to return early. Thanks to his safe driving and appropriate lane changes for acceleration on certain sections of the road, we finally returned to the hotel safely within just one hour of overtime. On that day, because the whole family included elderly members with mobility issues and a young child prone to crying, Mr. Zhang patiently assisted us and guided us along the shortest routes. We all felt the trip was worthwhile and are very grateful.
