This experience was absolutely perfect! The itinerary was incredibly well-planned, with perfect timing that allowed us to visit Lake Yamanaka, Oshino Hakkai, Lake Kawaguchiko, Arakurayama Sengen Park, and the popular Lawson convenience store all in one go. Every spot was stunning and made for fantastic photos! I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to our guide, YURI! She was professional, enthusiastic, and thoughtful throughout the entire day. She shared many interesting stories about Japanese history and the attractions along the way, and she meticulously attended to the needs of every member of our group. Best of all, she was incredibly kind and helped everyone take many photos. Her photography skills were top-notch, capturing the most beautiful moments for us! Although May 2nd was a public holiday in Japan (Golden Week) and traffic was very congested, we were lucky to have clear, sunny weather, which allowed us to see the magnificent, unobstructed panoramic view of Mount Fuji. It was truly breathtaking and so worth it! And thanks to YURI's excellent time management and cheerful guidance, the entire trip still went very smoothly and enjoyably. This Mount Fuji trip was truly unforgettable. From the moment we first saw the magnificent Mount Fuji, it was breathtaking. The overall itinerary was also very well-planned and smooth, with perfect timing. In one day, we effortlessly visited classic attractions such as Lake Yamanaka, Oshino Hakkai, Lake Kawaguchiko, Arakurayama Sengen Park, and the popular Lawson convenience store. Every place was beautiful and perfect for photos, leaving us with many wonderful memories. I especially want to sincerely thank our tour guide, Ms. Xiao Zhou! She was incredibly professional, enthusiastic, and thoughtful throughout the entire day. Not only did she share many interesting Japanese history facts and stories about the attractions along the way, but she also meticulously attended to the needs of every group member. When there were elderly people in the group, she would proactively check on them; even the five-year-old boy in the group adored her and kept following this kind big sister, which shows how approachable she truly is. Furthermore, Ms. Xiao Zhou's photography skills are also excellent. She took many beautiful photos for everyone, perfectly capturing the most beautiful moments of our trip. And her self-made signpost was absolutely adorable! It was not only unique but also made it easy for everyone to find her in the crowd, showing great attention to detail! Under her excellent time management and relaxed, pleasant guidance, the entire journey was very comfortable and enjoyable. We had an amazing tour! We were incredibly lucky to visit on a day when Mount Fuji was fully visible from morning to evening a rare treat in July. Although the summer heat was intense, the transitions between destinations were seamless, with plenty of time at each stop to explore and take photos. Our tour guide, Sarena, truly made the experience special. She was warm, knowledgeable, and always explained each destination beforehand so we knew what to expect. She also went out of her way to help us capture beautiful photos and offered great assistance throughout the day. Highly recommended! If you’re visiting in July, be prepared for the heat bring an umbrella, a fan, a hat, and of course plenty of water.

it was raining when we left Tokyo but miraculously cleared up around 13:00, just before we pulled up to the second lake. The views were incredible over the flower gardens and the lake as well at the next stop at the pagoda. Our guide Aoki was great and informative. she made sure we knew about the stops and most importantly the restrooms. It was a great trip and I would recommend.

Our Mt. Fuji trip was an amazing experience and definitely one to remember. We had a great time throughout the tour, and everything felt worth the visit. The scenery was stunning, and it made the whole journey even more special. However, we noticed that the time given at Chureito Pagoda and the famous street view with Mt. Fuji was quite short. Since the parking and bus drop-off points are a bit far, a lot of time was spent just walking, which made the visit feel rushed. It would be much better if a little more time could be added to these stops. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to our tour guide, Yuna, for accompanying us the entire time and guiding us from the beginning of the trip until we safely made it back. Her support and kindness truly made a difference in our overall experience. Thank you so much!

It was a truly fantastic and memorable journey! We really enjoyed the entire tour, and every part of the trip was worth it. The views of Mt. Fuji were absolutely breathtaking, and the experience as a whole exceeded our expectations. One thing we hope could be improved is the time allocated for visiting Chureito Pagoda and the small town where you can see Mt. Fuji in the middle of the road. The time there felt quite limited, especially considering that the parking area and bus stop are quite far, which made it a bit rushed. We hope that more time can be given to these spots so visitors can fully enjoy and appreciate them. Lastly, we are very thankful to our tour guide, Yuna, for being with us throughout the entire trip from start until we arrived home safely. She was very helpful, kind, and made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you so much!

We had an amazing day! Our group was very lucky as we got very clear views of the Mount Fuji at a few locations. Our guide was Berry and she was very helpful and enthusiastic about her job. While making sure we made it to all the locations, she flexibly shifted the order so we could have the best opportunity to have a great view. It’s quite surprising to me that the view can be drastically different in the span of a few minutes. Highly recommended!

This tour group is very value for money. We got to visit all of the places as listed in the itinerary and the time given for each place was just right. Ms Yuan, our tour guide was also a really fantastic and knowledgeable guide. She explained to us the history and introduced us to the different places well. Thank goodness for the awesome weather as well where we could get a full view of Mt Fuji from all places (: will recommend this tour to everyone !

I originally booked for March 23rd, but a few days ago I checked the visibility of Mount Fuji online and found that March 22nd had better visibility. I immediately canceled the March 23rd itinerary and changed it to March 22nd. I recommend everyone do some research beforehand. Today's itinerary was incredibly satisfying; the scenery of Mount Fuji was truly beautiful, and we were able to visit all the attractions smoothly, thanks to Yuri's arrangements. She clearly understood which attractions were most crowded at what times and scheduled each one for periods with fewer people. She also sent the meeting point and time for the next attraction to all guests. Thank you again, Yuri, for your meticulous care, which brought this trip to a perfect close. I truly felt the pressure Yuri was under, managing over 40 people by herself. I highly recommend this one-day tour!
