Had such a wonderful day exploring with Sandy Wang! 😊 We visited beautiful spots including Lake Kawaguchiko, Oishi Park, Lawson, Oshino Hakkai (Spring Village), Sengen Shrine, and the Honcho Clock Tower. Every stop was stunning and well worth the visit. Sandy speaks excellent English, making everything easy to understand. He shared clear directions and helpful updates through our WhatsApp group, so we always knew where to go and what to expect. He is friendly, cheerful, and always smiling, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. I went on a tour today with the Guide Sandy Wang, the whole experience was absolutely incredible! From the elite organisation, communication and professionalism of the tour to the kindness, positivity and knowledge shown by Sandy. I could not recommend this tour more, please if you are heading to Tokyo Japan this is a must try experience for solo travelers or a group! 1000/10 RECOMMEND

My experience on the Klook Mount Fuji day tour was excellent. I was initially a bit worried about how to meet up with everyone, but the day before, I received an email with instructions to join a group chat. Our guide, Xiangxiang, clearly explained the meeting point (including pictures), which put my mind at ease. After gathering near Tokyo Station on the day of the tour, Xiangxiang clearly introduced the attractions and important information during the bus ride. She took us to Mount Fuji, Lake Kawaguchiko, and the Ladder Town, also pointing out the best photo spots and delicious food. Her service quality was exceptional; she could speak Chinese, Korean, and Japanese, which was very impressive. We were very lucky to see Mount Fuji early in the morning. Although the summit later became obscured by clouds, making it impossible to see (or photograph), being able to see Mount Fuji from various angles (lake, pagoda, streets) still made the experience very special. With a dedicated driver and Xiangxiang's thorough explanations, I'd give her a billion stars. Highly recommended!

We joined the Mt. Fuji one-day tour with Christy as our tour guide. Although the weather was cloudy and we unfortunately could not see Mt. Fuji clearly, we still had a very enjoyable experience overall. Christy was very friendly, helpful, and well-organized throughout the trip. She gave clear instructions, helped the group stay on schedule, and made the tour feel comfortable and smooth. The places we visited were still beautiful, especially the nature views, Oshino Hakkai area, and the scenic surroundings near Mt. Fuji. The food was also good, and the whole trip was pleasant for our family. We understand that the weather is beyond anyone’s control, and we really appreciate Christy’s effort to make the tour enjoyable despite the cloudy conditions. Thank you, Christy, for your kindness and great service. We would happily recommend this tour.

keiko was an amazing guide! ready to answer all questions and was very informative! the bus was cool and spacious. Got to eat at a very good restaurant that the guide recommended the food was not expensive at all, very good price for all the food you got! the view where amazing! even tho mount fuji was hiding would definitely recommend!

It’s great for a quick day tour if you don’t have enough time for a 2d1n tour. We didn’t get to see Mount Fuji because the weather wasn’t great, but that’s part of the experience! Will come again next time! 😊Keiko tour guide was efficient!

It was a great experience. Everything was organized and on time, especially the transitions from one tourist spot to another. Taiyo was very considerate, kind and helpful to all. and he took great pictures for each one of us. this day tour is highly recommended.

Omar was fantastic! Despite it being a rainy sad day and the fact that Mt Fuji was hiding the whole time, Omar was very attentive and approachable. He gave everyone advice on where the best photos are and also gives good history lesson about the areas. He also offered to take photos for all the guests. He made the tour fun regardless of not seeing Mt Fuji properly. Many many thanks Omar!!

Me and my cousin enjoyed our tour of Mt Fuji!! Omar was one of the best tour Guides I’ve had. I’ve been in several tours before. His attitude was always positive from the very beginning. He took photos for the group and even personally showed us the spots he mentioned prior to stopping. It was going to rain that day and he rearranged stops so we could see the most without having to deal with the bad weather. Although it rained he made the best of the trip and kept everyone’s energy up!!! Don’t second guess booking this tour! And hope you guys get Omar as your tour guide!!

Went with my elderly mom and enjoyed every bit of this trip. Learning more about the Japanese culture, the different religions and beliefs, and experiencing the traditions. Though we didn’t get to see Mt.Fuji as it was a cloudy day, I think it was overall such a great experience and would 100% recommend to my friends and family.
