Great experience! Laner Jin was an awesome tour guide, very knowledgable and helpful when we had questions! We got lucky with the weather today and Mt. Fuji showed herself to us a few times! She was playing hide and seek with the clouds but we were able to get a few pics with her. We also were able to pick up some souvenirs and even brought back some water straight from Mt. Fuji! The Gotemba Premium Outlets was a plus and we got to kill two birds with one stone with this day trip! Good stores and really good deals! Would definitely recommend if you want to sightsee and shop!

Wow!! What a wonderful experience. I'm Mexican, I came alone, my English level is less than basic and even so Mila (the guide) was very patient with me and helped me with everything I needed. She was always available on Whatsapp and sent clear and precise instructions. You can definitely tell she loves her job. Thank you for everything, I will recommend the tour and obviously Mila. Regarding whether or not you will see Mount Fuji, the truth is it's a coin toss. I took the tour on February 20th and despite it saying it would be cloudy, it showed itself all morning until 1 pm. Take that into account because seeing Mount Fuji was the only reason I took the tour, if I hadn't seen it I would honestly be angry, not because of the organization, but because of the weather which I can't control hahaha

I had a fantastic experience with Tour Guide Mila. The tour was enjoyable from start to finish, well-organized, and engaging throughout. Mila was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience both informative and fun. We had a wonderful day tour with Mr Alex as our guide and driver. The pre-tour instructions were clear and pickup was right on time, which made the start of the day smooth and stress-free. Mr Alex was friendly, professional, and a very safe driver throughout the journey — plus, he’s easy on the eyes too! 😁 Our first stop was Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine. The climb can be a little challenging at the beginning, but it’s absolutely manageable We were given about an hour to explore, which was sufficient if you pace yourself and come prepared. Next, we headed to Oshino Hakkai. It was a pleasant stop with lovely scenery. Our final stop was Gotemba Premium Outlets. While the 2-hour duration felt a bit short — especially after queuing for food — we only managed to cover part of the outlet. I’d recommend planning your shopping route in advance to make the most of the time. Overall, it was a well-organised and enjoyable tour, made even better by Mr Alex’s warm personality. 👍🏻

the guide Zachary was very helpful and funny. he made an effort to crack jokes which made the trip all the more entertaining. this was an excellent trip and love the restaurant where we had lunch which has been pre-coordinated by Zachary. we saved time with the food ready to be served when we arrived vs ordering for it to be cooker/prepped.

It was a great and so much fun experience with Christy as our tour guide and our driver Asama who made the trip sound and safe!! She made the whole trip enjoyable with her humors while being a professional on doing her job. 5 star reviews overall😄

It was an amazing experience to join this one day tour with Leonard as the tour guide. He was such a funny & patient tour guide that leave such a memorable experience. I will always recommend this tour because it was more comfortable than we go by our own. The Unagi Set was really tasteful, you should try it.

we were given 30 minutes to explore the arakurayama park which is ridiculous, u need at least more than that since u will be climbing the a lot stair to the peak. i am not sure if that was set by the guide or the company itself. shopping in gotemba for 2 hours was not enough as the outlet was huge! i recommend those who wanna go visit mt fuji, drive there.

Tour guide is friendly, the trip was smooth. We didn't get to see Mt Fuji that day, but the trip to the Oshino Hakkai village was worth it. Lunch was delicious and saves the hassle of ordering so consider including it when you book this tour.
