It was a great experience staying in Atlantis Hotel. Very accessible to everything. Near to the station, restaurants, shopping centre and a minute walk to the tram in going to Melbourne CBD. Our room was very nice and clean, staff were very friendly and happily agreed to stay long of our luggage of about maximum 5 hours since we need to travel in the city. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity to all the wonderful staff of Atlantis Hotel. We’ll definitely booked again and this hotel is highly recommended! ❤️

Fantastic for stopover after overnight flight. Room was quiet with no plane noise even though close to the airport. Free shuttle to airport takes only 10 minutes. Lovely big shower and bed very comfortable with crisp clean sheets. Restaurant on sight is handy for a quick bite in the evening. Staff are friendly and very accommodating.

Excellent service, all staff were so friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels to stay in Melbourne. Stayed at Miami hotel twice and never failed. Will for sure stay at Miami for my next visit and will recommended all to Miami hotel

excellent location within 3minutes walking distance to tram stop in the free tram zone and 5minutes to little bourke st(chinatown)
no parking on-site but the hotel has a deal with a covered carpark within 5minutes walking distance.
room was not big but comfy and very new as well as nicely designed shower. only felt that the shower water pressure was a little low.
staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times and check-in/out process was seamless.
definitely worth staying and great deal for the location.
