excellent location, welcoming staff. they have us an upgrade and looked after us well. parking is extra, so a bit better to book early as street parking is very limited. well appointed apartments, close to the tram line and the water.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Island Gold Coast. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. They tried to prioritize our room when we arrived earlier than the check-in time. They even swapped us to a better room due to a connection issue with the Wi-Fi.
It is located at a very convenient spot. It offers close access to the beach and also the tram station and the coach terminal. It was a pleasant stay with them.

3 minutes walking distance from Southport South Tram Station. Very clean. Was checked in at level 3, water pressure not so good. The housekeeping didn't top up coffee tea but change the towel every day

This was a very therapeutic and enjoyable trip. Our guide, Terry, was also very efficient in leading everyone, and the winery staff were highly professional. The lunch was delicious too. It's a perfect itinerary to share with friends who enjoy wine.

I'm Japanese! I'm on a family trip to Australia! My parents are golfing, and I joined this tour alone, getting picked up from the Gold Coast. Many of the participants were English speakers, and everyone was speaking English. I can't speak English at all, but I managed with the Felo translation app, gestures, and intuition! 😂 There was another person who joined alone, and I kayaked with them (the only paired activity). I powered through that too! Honestly, I was super anxious and nervous, but I think I'll stop being nervous partway through! Nearly 20 people participated, and I exchanged Instagrams with two of them. I probably won't see most of these people again, so don't be unnecessarily nervous, just go for it! ^^

Scanning the QR code for e-tickets was incredibly convenient and fast for entry! This time, I was lucky enough to see a massive humpback whale leap out of the water, along with playful dolphins swimming alongside and a stunning sunset over the sea. The scenery was truly breathtaking and incredibly therapeutic! The boat had clean restrooms, and although the indoor cabin was a bit stuffy and warm, and those prone to seasickness are advised to take motion sickness medication in advance and spend time on the deck for fresh air, seeing the whales firsthand made it all absolutely worthwhile. Highly recommended! Itinerary: Thumbs up! 👍
