This is my second stayed at this hotel. I love it so much with the location, the facilities provided and the size of the room is perfect.
Internet is very good, amenities provided by the hotel are excellent.
hotel has shopping mal walks straight to hotel, have garden on open floor and two areas to checkin. One in ground floor and one in floor 41. Airport bus station next to the hotel, you can catch airport bus goes straight to airport for less than $5US.

Loved this place! The hotel was only one stop from USJ (and it's the last stop of the train line, bonus was that it was the opposite direction of the crowd so we didn't have to wait for the next train nor squeeze in). No close by restaurants but there are two convenient food places next to it(?5 mins walk) so we were happy still. only thing was that despite the hotel advertising about the roof top onsen, it wasn't actually included and had to pay extra, which was a bummer. Otherwise, really good place to stay if visiting USJ.

service: The only reason I am not giving a perfect score is due to the buffet experience. While there was a wide variety of dishes available, the overall taste and quality were not very impressive, and the food did not seem appetizing. This was, unfortunately, the only dining experience in Japan that left me somewhat disappointed.
Additionally, while the rooms were generally comfortable, I noticed some accumulation of dust, which suggests that cleanliness could be improved.
