we enjoyed the lounge service, luggage storage before check in, breakfast was great. location is central love it with ample of restaurants and shopping all around, easy access to stations and bus stops too. Rooms are little dated though.

hotel location: centrally located with easy access to train station.
breakfast:very nice breakfast but unfortunately the dishes are always repeated.
cleanliness:didn't mamage to get the refurbished room but i mamaged to book a very good rate so no complain as the room ia very clean. just that its dated.
transport access:easy access to train within. 5 to 8min walking distance. surrounded by shopping centre and eateries.
service:staff service is very good. attached a copy of the breakfast pic and hotel room view

Location is good very near Dotonburi, though caution on families returning late night as there might be some drunk and homeless people in the area, but nothing to worry. The 5th floor is quite off though, hallways are dark, and the room is old, different with what I saw in other room reviews so that is a bit disappointing. There are dust everywhere as well in the corners, we checkin late so we had no choice to change rooms and they said they are fully booked so we had to stay in the same room for 3 nights. I love that they have the smart pack and laundry lounge as well as Ice Maker. They provide bottled water daily as well.

hotel location nearby a lot of shopping. room was big and 2pm to 9.30 can have free flow coffee, soft, beer, liquor, pancake, and snack.

breakfast was awesome facilities were superb especially laundry and free lounge access . female staff were friendly and helpful but not the man at the night shift on the day we check in ( 4 th October ) ( triple room with my daughter ) he was disrespectful and not helpful .

everyone at front desk were helpful except a male staff who was rude unfriendly and disrespectful . everything else were perfect especially the laundry and free lounge . breakfast was awesome . location was good but not convenient if you drive . still highly recommend

We had a lovely stay here. My husband had an accident the second day and needed to go back to the clinic via ambulance that the staff had called for him. The staff were extremely helpful and even provided a wheelchair for him to use for the rest of our stay. The staff in Bloomfield were very cheerful and helpful. The food was great too. The Welcome Lounge was a lovely surprise too with free pancakes and refreshments. There is also a laundromat for guests to use with a microwave and coffee machine. The location is awesome for tourists. Very happy with our stay and recommend it to everyone. Only negative is that I wish there was a microwave in the room too.

The hotel is located inside the walking streets and minutes away from Takashimaya in Namba. Very easy to find. There are plenty of eating and shopping places around. The complimentary sake and alcohol drinks and small snacks in the hotel lounge area in the afternoon was more than what we have expected.
