For every trip to Japan, my concern is always the Hotel’s strategic location to subway station and tourist spots and Sotetsu Fresa Inn is perfect with that! Location is perfect and the staff are all friendly. Breakfast is superb. If I may suggest, if they can also add mini cash safe/vault for every room and additional pillows. My partner and I had to share with the 2pillows only 😅. Overall, we had a great stay at Sotetsu. ❤️

The check-in system was improved this time. Restaurant reservations are systematic. Breakfast was excellent. Ramen is available at night. The onsen is great. The rooms are average, but overall it's good and suitable for resting after a day of sightseeing.

The place is so accessible I can say this capsule hotel is part of the heart of Sapporo, It should be known. It is perfect for solo traveller, the breakfast was so good. The Onsen and Sauna that alone I can say it's the perfect combination. My only complain is the shower area because it was located in the Onsen and it is in the basement but it's no big deal because I easily adjust the situation. The whole stay is a experience. The room was bigger than expected! And there are free cookies and ice cream on the second floor. The welcome drinks are also available 24 hours a day, with both hot and cold options, which is awesome! When I checked in, the front desk staff happened to be Taiwanese, so the process went very smoothly! It's very close to Tanukikoji Shopping Street, and the airport bus stop is just around the corner!

The location is fantastic, right outside the subway station. Across the street are Don Quijote and a shopping street, making it very convenient for eating, drinking, and shopping. The rooms and bathrooms are also very clean. I would stay here again in the future.

The location of this hotel was the best part! Literal prime location in the middle of Tanukikoji. A FamilyMart by the lobby, loads of other convenience stores nearby. Plentiful restaurants within a few steps. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds for 4. We truly loved our stay here.
