Reception staff is not as friendly, and was like forced to help with the luggage forwarding details. Carpark staff was more friendly and helpful.

Sapporo Tokyu REI hotel has a great location to go around and explore central Sapporo! Bus and Train stations are very close to the hotel and are easily accessible! the staff was friendly and helpful with any questions I had, even with my low level Japanese, the staff is good at understanding English, when I couldn’t remember the Japanese word.

We liked the hotel so much. It has the best location and amenities. very close to Cocono and Susukino station. Also near in airport bus station when going to the airport. Very convenient. We will stay again whenever we will be back in Sapporo. Walking distance also to Odori station. very near to everything.
