No complaints. it was the right choice of accommodation for my stay in Sapporo. Just a few mins walk to Odori Park and/or Tokyu Rei Hotel, which are meet up and drop off places for tours outside sapporo.

Our hotel stay here was great! The staff who welcomed us were very accommodating and friendly. They let us leave our luggages in the lobby before our check-in time.

We loved the location! It is across the street from all the happening places in Susukino and a few steps away from the covered shopping street. Rooms were clean. The amenities were free to take at the lobby.

The room is more spacious compared to typical standard rooms in Japan. However, the food selection could use some variety since it was the same each day. We also noticed that the waitresses seemed a bit rushed when clearing our plates.
