Stylish, Modern Boutique Hotel – Absolutely Loved It! What a fantastic stay! This hotel is a perfect combination of modern design, comfort, and boutique luxury. The rooms are beautifully designed, surprisingly spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with a stylish and sophisticated atmosphere. The location is excellent, the service is outstanding, and every detail feels thoughtfully considered. The entire hotel has such a chic, trendy, and upscale vibe while still feeling warm and welcoming. hotel location: breakfast: service: cleanliness: transport access:

The hotel's atmosphere is pleasant, and there are delicious restaurants nearby. The staff provides excellent service and is very helpful with information. Both breakfast and dinner were good. It's great value, and I would definitely use their services again.

The hotel has a free parking lot, making it convenient for self-driving. The rooms are clean and fully equipped with amenities, and there is a large public bath on the top floor. The only drawback was that on the last day, when heading to breakfast, we found that the room door would not lock and could be opened with just a turn of the handle without needing a key card. This wasn't an issue before, so it was likely not set properly after housekeeping on the second day. Security definitely needs improvement.

clean and spacious. love staying here. relaxing. with onsite onsen. infront of fuji q highland. bus stop is just in front of the hotel. good buffet lunch.

You can already capture beautiful views of Mount Fuji from within the hotel: from the breakfast cafe, the outdoor garden, the public bath, and even from your room's balcony! It's perfect for anyone who wants to see Mount Fuji. The rooms are very spacious, though the public bath is a bit small. Since the hotel is located on a mountain, it's best to drive there; taking the shuttle bus might not be very convenient.

Absolutely loved the place. It's magical to open your eyes and see the mount Fuji right aout of your window.

This was a wonderful place to slow down and enjoy the scenery! This hotel offers a traditional style buffet, public and private onsens, and areas for the kids and Otaku/manga lovers. We got the room with the private hot tub/onsen and it was well worth the cost! While there is no direct view of Mt. Fuji, you can get great views in town. There is a traditional tea house around the corner with a bento box and staff that speak english very well. Make an inquiry on their website to make a reservation as seating and availability may be limited. I am not a vegan, but this bento and red bean dango are something I would go back for. Areas close by for viewing (about an hours drive) are the Falls and the black egg. We went in the off season (early/mid June) and I was afraid we'd not get to see Mt. Fuji because of the rain. We were SUPER lucky and were able to see it on our way out of town. Within 20 minutes of us driving around it to the falls, it was obscured by clouds.

The hotel's mattress was very comfortable, and the public hot spring bath had the perfect water temperature, making for a very relaxing soak. I slept wonderfully afterward. The hotel thoughtfully upgraded us to a room with a view, allowing us to see Mount Fuji from afar, but unfortunately, the weather wasn't good during those days, so we couldn't see the beautiful mountain scenery.

Very nice experience with staying in Rakiyu. the room space is generous with very good facility. All rooms are facing directly to the lake with a beautiful scene. The private bath is unique experience. it is very hard to reserve the hotel, wish I could stay for more days.
