Great tour. Wasn’t expecting to actually go on Mount Fuji so that was an added bonus. Out tour guide, Rachel Wanting was a great tour guide. She had interesting insights on the history of Mount Fuji. Hope we can book her on a future tour.

Mr Gao was our designated driver for the day. He was professional, friendly, and accommodating throughout the entire trip. He even kindly offered to drop us off directly at our accommodation after the tour. I was truly impressed by his service and grateful for kindness. Highly recommend this day tour with Mr Gao!

Good trip. The driver was very friendly. There were a few moments of sudden braking, so people who get carsick easily might want to be careful, but it wasn’t a problem for me. The driver was also very punctual. We chose the hotel pick-up and drop-off option. If you’re traveling in a small group (there were only 2 of us), it’s very convenient and definitely worth it compared to buying passes or traveling by yourselves. I do wish we had a little more time at the Oshino Hakkai village. The atmosphere there was really nice, and I didn’t have enough time to explore everything. Overall, I was very impressed with the trip.

was a good trip, though theres a limit time for each destination, but you will still have time to enjoy tge view and taking a photos. Our tour guide named Rachel, she's so helpfull and communicative. Rachel will text you a day before the trip and sending you the gather spot. She always make sure everybody know what to do and no one left behind. Me and my sister got a bit confused at way back from pagoda our bus, and Rachel helpung us by sending the map and patiently waiting for us near the station to guide us back to our bus. Also, we got a free lunch (but for this you can read the condition). So, i would say this trip is a good one and have a good deal. Also the important thing is good service!

We booked two days before departure, and luckily the weather was good, avoiding rainy days. Our guide, Seki, explained everything very clearly, hitting all the key points, and lunch was also great. It's a very convenient one-day tour, highly recommended.

Thanks to tour leader Lai Lai for the assistance; Mount Fuji's 5th Station was beautiful. Unfortunately, we were too rushed and couldn't make it to Owakudani. We also missed out on the cable car ride, so we couldn't enjoy more of the beautiful scenery. I suggest offering a two-day tour option as well.

This was our first trip to Japan and our tour guide on our trip to Hakone made it a super memorable experience. Our guide made sure at each stop along the way that everyone was present and accounted for. We were running late at one stop because I had to use the restroom and he waited to make sure we were there before moving on. He was super personable, and spoke great English. We even had a great conversation at one point while waiting in line for the ropeway. We were lucky enough to see Mt. Fuji with a clear view on our trip on one of the 100 days a year that it is visible. Because of that and our wonderful tour guide we had a very memorable experience on our tour! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to go on a fun adventure in Japan or just get a break from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo while on vacation. It was a great part of our trip, and it was something I will always remember.

The tour was on time and very organized from start to finish. We liked that the transfer was in a small 9-seater van instead of a large bus, so it felt more comfortable and less crowded. The ride was smooth throughout the day, and we were lucky because Mount Fuji was visible the entire trip. Every stop was beautiful and there was enough time to enjoy and take photos. Great value for money and highly recommended. Arigatou gozaimasu.

Narusawa Ice Cave

Check out the Narusawa Ice Cave, a cool spot hidden in the Aokigahara Forest. This ice cave was created by an eruption from Mt. Nagao and stays at a chilly zero degrees Celsius even in the summer. In the past, people used it to store seeds and silkworm cocoons. As you walk through the cave's short tunnels, you'll see amazing ice formations. Remember to wear a jacket since it's pretty cold inside.

Fugaku Wind Cave

Visit the Fugaku Wind Cave, a lava cave in the lush Aokigahara Forest, Japan. The cave is famous for its ice pillars that stay frozen during the summer. West Lake Bat Cave

For some wildlife adventure, head to the West Lake Bat Cave, also called the Saiko Bat Cave, in Aokigahara Forest. Near Lake Sai, this lava cave is home to many wild bats. The cave has steps, walkways, and lights, so it's easy to explore. While walking through, you might spot bats hanging around. It's a great place to see nature up close and enjoy the thrill of watching bats in their home.
