The lake facing rooms have a nice view of mt Fuji albeit partially obstructed by a hill. Staff are nice and helpful. i had the twin room. Was comfy but for the requirement to step up/down about 25cm to access the bathroom - challenging for my elderly father. Included breakfast was simple and nice. Free parking about 50m diagonally opposite the hotel and across the road.
