Transport in Bali

Our driver Kumang picked us up even thought we were early. Snorkelling spots were nice even though we were not able to see manta rays/turtles. The beach view points were amazing and Kumang took amazing photos for us

My driver is Deribawa. He drive us to Ubud and Kintamani. We customize our own itinerary to see the Luwak coffee, silver jewellery maker, Taman Dedari, Toya Devasya and Tlaga Singha. We're really enjoyed our trip and our driver is very nice and drive safely. Overall is a nice trip.

Klook made it very easy for us to travel between the islands. Our driver tried really hard to help us cover more spots but we couldn't take our eyes off these two. Nusa penida is magical!

The car company is very attentive, confirming the hotel pickup location in advance. They also check in after the activity to see how the experience was. The driver's skills are excellent, and they also help take photos and videos at the scenic spots. At local attractions where you need to queue to get a good view, the drivers will help queue up for the passengers to take photos, and it's an orderly queue. That day, when some Chinese people tried to cut in line, the drivers collectively scolded them and told them to go to the back of the line, which was great! The driver of our car was also an excellent driver. The roads on the island are super bumpy, but even with all the shaking, you don't feel dizzy. Even on narrow roads, they can skillfully avoid oncoming cars. Because we purchased the self-arranged itinerary package, the driver also professionally analyzed whether our planned itinerary would allow us enough time to catch the return speedboat, and ultimately helped us check in early and get our boat tickets, allowing us to board the boat and return to Bali smoothly! Lastly, a suggestion: when taking the boat, sit at the front where there's wind to make it more comfortable.

Faizal was so friendly and helpful. We just need to tell him where we wanted to go. We traveled with kids, and getting a supir for the trip is always a good idea. He took us to the famous restaurant (Bejana) and Living World Mall as per our request.

Regarding boat ticket redemption, you need to arrive at the designated location 1 hour in advance to redeem your boat ticket and tag your luggage. You will also need to pay port tax fees. After redeeming your ticket, collect your luggage and follow the staff to the pier to wait for boarding. The boat will first stop at the Gili Islands (Gili T, Gili Meno & Gili Air), and finally at Lombok (Bangsal Port). Staff will attach tags to your luggage for identification.

Review to Nyoman: Sanur Port to Bingin Driver was happy and always smiley. The drive became much longer than any of us experienced due to end of year traffic throughout Bali - more then 2.5 hours instead of under 2 hours. Despite this he was calm and happy to help.
