i had my 2D1N Mount bromo and ijen tour with Ritzy, super amazing tour guide. He is amazingly fluent in english and has the kindest heart, takes care of us throughout the tour and ensured that we are okay the whole time. He even has amazing photo taking skills and took so many amazing pictures for us. He briefed us so well for our trip and made sure we knew what was happening and what we need to prepare as well. We had the best day with our guide Leo ! From the moment he picked us up, he made us feel so welcome and comfortable. He took us to three absolutely stunning waterfalls, and everything was perfectly planned so we could simply relax and enjoy the experience. He was incredibly kind, funny, and easy to talk to. We even shared lunch together, laughed a lot, and had such a great time throughout the day. It felt like spending the day with a friend rather than just having a guide. He was also very patient, gave us plenty of time at each waterfall, took great photos for us, and made sure we were always safe and having fun.
