I had such an amazing experience with our drivers during our Bali trip! A huge thank you to Widi, who picked us up at 2:00 AM without a single complaint. He was punctual, friendly, and made us feel comfortable throughout the journey. He brought us to the coffee tasting and Bali Swing, patiently waited for us at every stop, and even shared recommendations along the way. His kindness and professionalism made the day so enjoyable. A special shoutout as well to our Mt. Batur jeep driver, Maruta! Not only did he safely bring us up the mountain, but he also went above and beyond by taking so many incredible photos and videos for us. He knew all the best angles and viewpoints, and thanks to him, we now have beautiful memories to look back on. He was enthusiastic, patient, and truly made the sunrise experience unforgettable.Both of them exceeded our expectations and made our Bali adventure even more special. This was the first time my friend and I visited East Java and we chose the Klook tour organized by JVTO. It was a very enjoyable and fuss free holiday. Tour was well planned with some flexibility to cater to personal interests. Quality of accomodation was good for the price. Driver was safe and skillful. Guides were friendly and professional. Will definitely recommend to others especially if you are keen to explore the amazing volcanoes and waterfalls in the region.

We had the best day with our guide Leo ! From the moment he picked us up, he made us feel so welcome and comfortable. He took us to three absolutely stunning waterfalls, and everything was perfectly planned so we could simply relax and enjoy the experience. He was incredibly kind, funny, and easy to talk to. We even shared lunch together, laughed a lot, and had such a great time throughout the day. It felt like spending the day with a friend rather than just having a guide. He was also very patient, gave us plenty of time at each waterfall, took great photos for us, and made sure we were always safe and having fun.
