We had a wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly and accommodating — they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even gave us great recommendations on where to go and eat. Since we had to leave early for our trip to Sapa, they thoughtfully packed breakfast to go for us, which we really appreciated. The room was very clean, comfortable, and overall excellent. Everything was perfect and well taken care of. The only thing that could use a bit of improvement is the food, but aside from that, everything else exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Located near a vibrant area, it's very convenient without being noisy. The front desk service is enthusiastic, and there are staff members to assist with the entrance and luggage. The breakfast is also plentiful, offering great value for the price.

Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy, with complete equipment.
Service: Enthusiastic front desk staff, and baggage service at the door.
Hotel Location: Close to the bustling center, but the entrance is not noisy.
Transportation Convenience: Wide roads, not crowded with traffic.
Breakfast: Abundant.

The staff was very accommodating. They upgraded us to a better room (balcony) since our chosen room was not yet available at the moment. With an small fee, we were able to check in as early as we wanted. They were also able to communicate properly regarding our requests and also our queries. They were also able provide us with the best stay we could ever have!

We love our stay at Hanoi Esplendor Hotel and Spa. The service is superb. They've upgraded our room from Executive to Family room and allowed us for early check-in.
They also offer airport car at a very low price.
The interior is so sophisticated and it's really worth it!!! I will definitely go back and bring my family in Esplendor soon.

Fantastic place to stay. Miminalist room design that still feels spacious with really good hot water pressure and comfortable bedsheets and pillows. Communal space with all the appliances and amenities. We used the self service laundry (paid for detergent pods at front desk). All staff friendly and always helpful, examples: gave us water while waiting for check-in, recommended foodie places and often inquiring whether we need anything during our 3D2N stay. Housekeeping service also very good. Very convenient location to walk everywhere to places of interests.

the location is very nice its just walking distance from the old quarters business district, the rooms are spacious, clean and relaxing, its buffet breakfast is simple yet satisfying, the staff is very accomodating and respectful which all in all makes our vietnam travel experience a memorable one.
